We are an expanding Motor Workshop looking for Service Advisor, we are looking for commited staff to grow together with the company.

The Requirements are as follows:

- Serve customers

- Follow up issues with customers

- Ordering of parts

- liaising with mechanics

- liaising with administrative staff

- preferably have license (Class 3)

- good command of language

- good communication skill

- any other job assigned by the workshop manager

Salary: $2800 - $3200

Job Summary

Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and servicing while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and statutory regulations. Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and carry out engine and undercarriage repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic tools and interpret fault codes to determine repair needs
• Repair and service engines and undercarriage components to restore vehicle functionality
• Perform vehicle repairs in compliance with all statutory checks and regulations to ensure safety and legality
• Follow defined safety and orderliness guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot various vehicle issues independently to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Maintain proficiency in repairing continental and Japanese car models
• Operate diagnostic tools effectively to support fault identification and repair processes
• Drive vehicles as required using a valid class 3 driving license
• Work a six-day workweek to meet operational demands

Required competencies and certifications

• NITEC in Automotive Engineering or related discipline
• Valid class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in motor repairs

Due to expansion of our company, we are hiring administration clerk for one of our branches.

- Answering Calls and enquiries

- Collection of Payments

- Liaising with customers and staff

- Any other things assign by supervisor

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

Sat: 9am to 5 pm (Alt Sat off)

Location: Kaki Bukit Road 4

Salary: $2000 - $2400
