Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and GST filing. Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
- Handle project costing, WIP, progress billing, variation orders, and retention for lift installation and maintenance contracts.
- Monitor project cashflow, follow up on client claims/collections, and manage supplier payments and credit terms.
- Review contracts and support tender submissions with cost estimates, margin analysis, and bank guarantee/insurance matters.
- Assist Sales Department whenever necessary.
- Ensure compliance with SFRS, ACRA, IRAS, GST, CPF and MOM regulations. Liaise with external auditors for annual financial statements.
- Maintain accounting and project management systems. Improve finance SOPs and processes for construction projects.
- Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CPA.
- Min 5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in construction, M&E, or lift/contracting sector preferred. Strong knowledge of GST, project billing, and construction contracts.
- Proficient in Xero/MYOB/SQL accounting software + Excel.
