Key responsibilities of a site engineer:

• Technical oversight:Interpreting and implementing engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  Checking calculations and ensuring accuracy of measurements.
  Providing technical advice to subcontractors and site workers.
  Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
• Site management:Setting out the site, including leveling and surveying.
  Managing the daily construction activities and work schedules.
  Supervising site labor and subcontractors.
  Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
• Quality control:Inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  Implementing quality control procedures and documenting findings.
  Identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Communication and coordination:Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  Attending project meetings and providing updates on progress.
  Communicating with subcontractors regarding their work and any necessary changes.
• Safety compliance:Enforcing safety regulations on site and ensuring workers adhere to safety procedures.
  Identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards.
• Documentation and reporting:Maintaining site records and documentation including daily reports, progress reports, and incident reports.
  Preparing necessary technical reports and calculations.

Required skills for a site engineer:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Experience with surveying equipment and software
• Computer literacy for project management tools and documentation

Requirements:

* minimum 3 Year Experience in Architectural / ID design

* Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, rendering software, ID proposal, BIM etc

* Familiar with authorities requirements

* Prefer Singaporean/PR

Job Summary

We seek a proactive HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience managing HR operations in construction. You will drive recruitment, compliance, payroll support, and employee engagement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for site and corporate positions to meet staffing needs
• Oversee onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee documentation and records
• Coordinate payroll activities and monitor attendance to ensure timely and accurate compensation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements to mitigate risks
• Respond to employee inquiries to promote a positive and supportive workplace culture
• Support performance management processes and implement HR initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness
• Plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities to boost morale and cohesion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant HR certification or professional qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform site supervision, including planning and coordinating technical and site issues

Requirements:

• Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is preferred
• At least 4 years’ experience in general building/civil engineering projects
• Able to read.understand structural drawings well for BBS schedule
• Working experience with building projects is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and people management skills
• Singaporean & PR only
