Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in a startup environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
• Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
• Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 1 years of experience in sales / business development. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales/business development are welcome to apply
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in catering / vending machine are a greatest advantage
• Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
• Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
• Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.

Job Overview:

InstaChef is looking for a driven and hands-on Business Development Executive to support our business expansion across Singapore.

You will help grow InstaChef’s presence by identifying strategic locations, building partnerships, negotiating with landlords and businessowners, and supporting the setup of our smart vending solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, partnerships, business development, F&B, retail, or startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure high-traffic locations for vending machine placements.
• Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and venue owners.
• Support negotiations for rental and placement agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for machine setup and activation.
• Monitor location performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support business partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
