As part of our ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM systems.

The implementation of this CRM represents a strategic transformation from a traditional customer service model to an advanced cloud-based, AI-enabled omnichannel service model. This service transformation will be brought about through enhancements to the existing Salesforce CRM platform, with the objective of strengthening customer engagement capabilities while maintaining robust operational control and security measures.

The Salesforce CRM system continues to support multiple stakeholder groups, including approximately 175 concurrent users (covering Contact Centre staff, L2 officers, management, and system administrators). It also supports growing customer demand, with customer enquiries projected to reach 170,171 annual enquiries by 2028 across multiple channels.

The enhanced Salesforce CRM (NOVA CRM) will deliver comprehensive customer relationship management capabilities across the following key areas:

• AI-enabled case triage and response capabilities, including automated case categorisation, intelligent routing, GenAI-supported response generation, and email case summarisation

What will you do?

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in SHIP-HATS (Secure Hybrid Integration Pipeline – Hive Agile Testing Solutions). You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for government digital services, ensuring compliance with the Singapore Government's security and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       As the go-to subject matter expert on SHIP-HATS, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines on SHIP-HATS, working closely with development teams across multiple applications teams to onboard them onto the platform. This includes architecting scalable and secure pipeline workflows that meet IM8 compliance requirements and government security policies, and leWorkveraging tooling such as GitLab, Fortify, SonarQube, Nexus IQ, and associated components.

• Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment.
• Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture.
• Produce technical documentation for application systems.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
• Experience in application development using the following technologies and programming languages such as Mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Mainframe.
• Experience in Project Management and is able to manage user expectation and deliver within project timeline
• Experience/knowledge in Scrum /DevOps concepts
• Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube
• Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes
• To have a keen interesting in IT / programming / system designs
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Secure coding to prevent application vulnerabilities (for eg. Cross-site scripting; Injection vulnerability flows such as SQL injection, command injection; Race conditions; Improper error / exception handling etc)
• Application integration with government services such as CorPass, SingPass.
