Summary

Responsible for performing, leading, training and guiding a team of warehouse personnel in the day-to-day operations of receiving, storage, handling, issuing, packing and shipping and ensure that the functions are carried out timely, accurately and efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in scheduled meetings with the team and manufacturing department to resolve support issues related to build plans

• Lead activities to ensure compliance to trade regulations, customs regulations, ISO and SOX
• Perform Risk Assessment and take actions to ensure a safe working environment
• Carry out and drive continuous improvement in performance and customer/employee satisfaction
• Lead in special projects and key initiatives identified and participate in EHS implementation and support ISO9001/14001/ISO45001/13485 activities

• At least 5 years of working experiences in store/shipping in an MNC manufacturing environment with supervisory experiences.
