Job Description

• Create and manage social media content for company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and develop creative content including photos, videos, and short reels
• Write captions and schedule posts regularly
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
• Capture product photos and videos for promotional use
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new ideas

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Able to create simple video content and editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Creative, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Own smartphone for content creation

Working Hours

• Part-time (2–4 days per week or flexible schedule)
• 4–6 hours per day (flexible)

Salary & Benefits

• RM15 – RM25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Pengaturan Kerja : Berasaskan syif bergilir (5 hari bekerja seminggu)

Pengaturan Syif : Isnin hingga Jumaat atau Jumaat hingga Selasa

Hujung Minggu : Bekerja Dari Rumah

Waktu bekerja : 9 pagi-6 petang atau 12 tengah hari-9 malam (termasuk rehat 1 jam)

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Melayani pertanyaan Pelanggan melalui Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada dan media sosial.
• Menjawab pertanyaan secara profesional dan segera.
• Membantu pelanggan dengan pertanyaan berkaitan pesanan, penghantaran dan produk.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan dalaman untuk penyelesaian pesanan atau isu.
• Mengekalkan kadar kepuasan pelanggan dan kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik.

Kemahiran & Kelayakan

• Minimum 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam khidmat pelanggan atau e-dagang diutamakan.
• Boleh membaca dan menulis (menaip) dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Cina & Bahasa Inggeris asas.
• Graduan baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon.
• Kerja syif pada hari bekerja & hujung minggu.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan pengetahuan asas komputer/platform e-dagang.

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality will be a key priority.

Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)

Working Arrangement: Rotational shift-based (5 working days per week)

Shift Arrangement: Monday to Friday or Friday to Tuesday

Weekend: Work-From-Home

Working hour: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm (include 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer enquiries via Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, and social media.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist customers with order, delivery and product-related questions.
• Coordinate with internal team for order or issue resolution.
• Maintain good customer satisfaction rate and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Able to read and write (type) in Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese & basic English.
• Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
• Shift work on weekday & weekends.
• Good communication skills and basic computer / e-commerce platform knowledge.

Key Responsibilities – to be trained and involve in:

• Event planning and implementation
• Coordinating with supplier or contractor
• Related business development activities of company event and function
• Video editing and post-production after event/activities
• Coordinating manpower requirements for event, liaising with internal department on production of marketing tools to promote the event
• Assist in designing layout and visual content for social media platforms to support marketing and event promotions

Qualifications

• Diploma or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a major in communications, commerce or marketing
