Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within high-tech manufacturing, colloidal technologies, microelectronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, data centers, or related industries.
• Proven experience hiring for technical and specialized roles in technology-driven or industrial environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
