Mengenai Peranan

Eksekutif Pemasaran Jenama merupakan peranan penting yang bertanggungjawab untuk pelaksanaan taktikal harian dan sokongan untuk portfolio 2 hingga 4 jenama yang ditugaskan merentasi konsep tempat makan dan hiburan malam. Bekerjasama rapat dengan Pengurus Jenama dan Ketua Pemasaran, peranan ini memberi tumpuan kepada menterjemahkan strategi kepada pelaksanaan, mengurus saluran digital, menyelaras aset dan memastikan pelaksanaan promosi yang lancar.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Pelaksanaan Kempen & Pengurusan Saluran

• Pengurusan Kempen Hujung-ke-Hujung: Membantu dalam perancangan, pembangunan dan pelaksanaan kempen, promosi dan acara bermusim untuk portfolio jenama yang diberikan.
• Penguasaan Digital: Menyelia akaun media sosial (penyiaran, penjadualan, pengurusan komuniti/khidmat pelanggan), strategi kandungan dan aset digital untuk jenama yang ditugaskan.
• Perhubungan: Bertindak sebagai titik hubungan utama untuk pembekal dan vendor luaran, mengurus hubungan dan hasil kerja untuk promosi dan bahan percetakan.
• Analisis Data: Membantu dalam menganalisis prestasi kempen dan metrik media sosial untuk memberikan pandangan yang boleh diambil tindakan bagi pengoptimuman.

Sokongan Kandungan & Acara

• Sokongan Penciptaan Kandungan: Bekerjasama dengan Pereka Bentuk/Agensi dalaman untuk menyelaras penciptaan dan penyampaian bahan pemasaran, visual dan kandungan.
• Pengurusan Acara/Projek: Mengurus aspek logistik promosi dalam kedai, acara merasa media dan pengaktifan kehidupan malam, memastikan semua bahan (menu, paparan, kit PR) dihantar tepat pada waktunya.
• Sokongan Pengurusan Belanjawan: Membantu Pengurus Jenama dalam mengurus belanjawan pemasaran dan menjejaki kos/COGS untuk barangan promosi.
