Job Requirements
A minimum of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification is required.
Well-versed both technically and practically in electrical installations and basic design in accordance with Singapore Standards.
You should adapt with RNC’s ISO systems (Quality, Safety & Environmental) and be innovative to suggest improvisation in the system.

Knowledgeable in Lighting, Small power, Earthing, Lightning Protection and ELV systems.
Good Organisation skills, planning and Prioritizing works

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and comply with project requirements and construction schedule
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent, review M&E design drawings and advise on any under provisions and over provisions
• Coordinate with in-house architectural, civil and structural team to minimize discrepancies
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
• Manage M&E subcontractors work progress, shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements submissions, and approval
• Attend M&E coordination meeting, prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
• Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E documentation and filing on site
• Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements
• Lead and mange M&E package delivery, construction and testing and commissioning activities
• Ensure all M&E site activities are well-planned, well-coordinated and on time
• Work with the planners on the project schedule
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services
• Coordinate with all M&E stakeholders to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements
• Conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to facilitation RE and RTO inspection
• Carryout testing and commissioning activities at work site for both mechanical & electrical aspects
• Update and follow up on variation order with client and consultant

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering recognised by PE Board / BCA, or relevant M&E accreditation recognised by PE Board/BCA
• At least 8 years’ experience in Building Engineering projects
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
• Experience with prefabricated MEP system projects will have an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, and BIM

Job Description

• Oversee the day to day running of all matters relating to the construction of this project with the assistance of M&E staffs, mainly on mechanical & electrical works.
• Liaison with external parties such as clients, client representatives and authorities, etc.
• Co-ordinate the works carried out by his/her M&E Engineer and M&E Co-ordinators.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
• Review safety reports on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards and practices.
• Monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures as required.
• Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage to ensure within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum a recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience in building and construction projects.
• Working knowledge in BIM model software.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of contracts for construction
  projects.
• Oversees Contract award, negotiates commercial terms and conditions for new contracts and change orders.
• Oversees and guide the team on Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation
  Orders and negotiation of final accounts with clients.
• Reviews progress of all on-going projects and ensures compliance with contract terms, manages risks, and supports project teams in resolving contractual issues.
• Responsible and lead the team on monthly progress claims, evaluates and prepare Subcontractors’ claims.
• Responsible and lead the team in preparation of delay notifications, extension of time claims and/or acceleration claims.
• Undertaking duties and/or responsibilities as and when appropriately assigned by the Head of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• At least 8-year experience in Contracts Administration with minimum 5 years Managerial experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical Platform Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and large-scale distributed systems. This role will translate advanced research and technical requirements into highly scalable, reliable, and secure engineering solutions, lead a high-performing platform team, and drive the long-term technical strategy of the company’s core technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and grow the platform engineering team in building, operating, and scaling cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and mission-critical core systems.
2. Research, design, develop, test, and maintain computer systems, network software, system utilities, and platform-level components.
3. Analyze business and technical requirements, then design and implement software solutions based on computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis principles.
4. Improve, optimize, and upgrade existing platforms to enhance system performance, stability, security, reliability, and scalability.
5. Establish and oversee software testing, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust and production-ready systems.
6. Own end-to-end platform architecture design, including cloud-native, microservices, containerization, and distributed systems.
7. Drive and enforce engineering best practices including DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation.
8. Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; identify bottlenecks and provide technical solutions to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Qualifications

1. PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field (required).
2. 8+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure development;
3. 3+ years of formal people management or leadership experience in a technology team.
4. Strong foundation in computer science including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and distributed systems.
5. Proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, Python).
6. Deep expertise in system architecture, high-concurrency, high-availability, and large-scale distributed systems.
7. Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid/private cloud infrastructure.
8. Strong system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
9. Experience in hardware-software integration is a strong advantage.
