Job Description

We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor cum QS for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. This role is focused on working in the field, managing our own workers, read and understand drawings, plan works, progress, materials and machinery, and will report directly to the Construction and project Manager. What you will do:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project execution (preferably ETO or industrial equipment projects)
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery)
• Good knowledge of engineering documentation (e.g., P&ID, technical specs)

Job Requirements:

Prepare design calculation reports and structural drawings for authorities submissions.

Coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and contractors for projects

Carry out detailed analysis and design of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works

Supervise and inspect construction works.

Involved in design and analysis of steel and concrete structures.

Liaise with client and contractors with regards to potential design changes or resolve technical queries.

Design coordination with authorities and contractors

Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution.

Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills in structural

analysis and design work would be an advantage

A good knowledge of the application of design and drafting software such as Autocad, Staad Pro & Plaxis would be an advantage

Job Description:

• In charge of performing quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all customers’ requirements
• Responsible for reviewing and revising quality procedures and quality control instructions
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality
• In charge of performing internal audits to evaluate quality system, products, and processes
• In charge of performing vendors’ and on-site audits as required
• Drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/ scrap

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering / other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System and NADCAP
