Job Description

· Confidential administrative duties to the Chairman.

· Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as:

1. Recording transactions

2. Preparing invoices

3. Reconciling petty cash and bank statements

· Maintain proper filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

· Type letters, memos, reports, and other documents as directed by the Chairman.

Midplaza Prima is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Engineering staff for supporting the smooth operation of the Engineering Department through administrative management, document filing, reporting, vendor coordination, monitoring building maintenance activities, and ensuring that all engineering operational and financial documents are managed in accordance with company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building administration activities and ensuring all administrative processes, including financial matters (such as invoices, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, etc.), are handled properly in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with all tenants within the building.
• Ensure the availability of building operational supplies by preparing Purchase Requests and Store Requests in a timely manner while maintaining minimum stock levels.
