Job Purpose

The Associate Executive, Partner Retention will be responsible for the retention of all existing taxi hirer accounts, including maintaining good customer relations with taxi hirers and recontracting existing hirers. This position will work closely with the various taxi operations departments to create rapport and provide good customer service to existing taxi drivers.

About the Role

The M&E manager’s main role is to ensure that DOT’s initiatives are effective and sustainable for the organization’s mission and vision. This role is responsible for developing and updating the M&E frameworks, strategies and tools that align with the objectives of each initiative. At the programmatic level, the M&E team coordinates and conducts data collection, validation and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods to inform necessary improvements, and provide a narrative of DOT’s impact. At the organizational level, they prepare and disseminate M&E reports, dashboards, presentations to facilitate learning, strategy and decision-making.
