Tanggungjawab dan Tugas

Keperluan Kemahiran dan Kelayakan

•Ijazah sarjana muda dalam Bio-Teknologi / Kejuruteraan Mekanikal dari universiti atau kolej yang diiktiraf.

•3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Jurutera Projek dengan kemahiran pengurusan dan penyeliaan projek yang cemerlang.

• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
• Walk the talk, train the trainer, attend to punch list, conduct inspection and obtain COA signed by the client to mark end of the biogas project milestone for construction and commissioning phase.
• Review engineering deliverables with project team upon project completion and initiate appropriate corrective actions for future project implementation.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Tech / Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with excellent project management and supervision skills.

Requirements

Qualification and requirements :

• Qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Business studies/Economics/Sales or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 - 2 years of related working experience in after sales/customer service/business development would be an asset.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Job responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling all administrative tasks and logistics relating to instrument calibration, service and repair, service contract, system maintenance and others.
• Need to work closely with the Engineering Lab team on after sales service and support.
• Follow up diligently with clients on instrument/product pick-ups and delivery for service and calibration.
• Responds to complaints and enquiries, evaluates and analyses problems and gives cost effective feedback and solutions.
• Arranges logistics for pick-ups and delivery.
• Records, update and compiles weekly work progress reports on instrument servicing.
• Handles customer satisfaction surveys.
• Any other related duties outside the scope outlined.

• 記錄並監控所有門市的進出貨物流。
• 執行與庫存相關的職責，包括包裝和貼標籤。
• 檢查到貨貨物的質量，並報告任何損壞或差異。
• 確保所有收到的貨物都妥善存放且狀況良好。
• 協調倉庫安排和庫存移動
• 操作堆高機進行物料搬運。
• 定期進行庫存盤點，並保持準確的庫存記錄。
• 確保遵守公司規章制度和安全標準。

要求：

• 至少擁有SPM憑證。
• 具備倉庫/倉儲管理的基本知識者優先考慮
• 具備堆高機駕駛技能/經驗者優先考慮
• 能夠使用基本電腦系統/Excel。
• 能夠獨立工作，只需極少的監督，並能有效地安排任務優先順序。
