Job Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Strategic Brand & Partnerships Manager will lead LGSI’s brand positioning, strategic outreach, and ecosystem engagement agenda. Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, logistics, custom agent, or other similar industry.
• Candidate that have strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain & strengthen relations with existing / potential customers.
• Coordinate and monitor shipment activities, ensuring timely updates are provided to customers regarding shipment status.
• Handle shipping documents such as BL/AWB.
• Promote the Company's Logistics Services and solutions to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, hauliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines etc to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab:

• Membina, mengekalkan & mengukuhkan hubungan dengan pelanggan sedia ada/bakal pelanggan.
• Menyelaras dan memantau aktiviti penghantaran, memastikan maklumat terkini yang tepat pada masanya diberikan kepada pelanggan mengenai status penghantaran.
• Mengendalikan dokumen penghantaran seperti BL/AWB.
• Mempromosikan Perkhidmatan dan penyelesaian Logistik Syarikat untuk meningkatkan peluang pertumbuhan perniagaan.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pihak berkepentingan dalaman dan luaran, termasuk pelanggan, syarikat pengangkutan, ejen penghantaran, syarikat perkapalan dan sebagainya untuk memastikan pelaksanaan penghantaran yang lancar.
• Melaksanakan sebarang tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang diarahkan oleh Pihak Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
