WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - DOCUMENTATION / TECHNICAL

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure pick and pack is done correctly on a timely manner for all customer's good
• Enhance the packing of customer's cargo before releasing as per customer's request
• Perform receiving of incoming cargo and provide details of incoming to internal team
• Perform ad-hoc activity e.g.: sticker/labelling/removal sticker/others
• Key in daily order (incoming/outgoing) in Warehouse System
• Prepare consignment note for courier service
• Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse
• Handling release and receive of stocks
• Carry out other assignment as instructed by Executive, Warehouse or higher level
• Perform QA checking for saleable products, inspect damaged and returned products.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT-related, or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with WMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
