Tanggungjawab Utama

• Urus kitaran penuh fungsi Akaun Belum Bayar (AP), termasuk: o Pemprosesan invois, pengesahan dan pemadanan 3 hala o Penyelarasan penyata vendor
• Memastikan rakaman invois pembekal dalam sistem perakaunan dibuat tepat pada masanya dan tepat. • Berhubung dengan vendor mengenai percanggahan bil dan perkara berkaitan pembayaran.
• Membantu dalam aktiviti penutupan akhir bulan yang berkaitan dengan Akaun Belum Bayar. • Mengekalkan sistem dokumentasi dan pemfailan yang betul untuk tujuan audit dan pematuhan.
• Menyokong keperluan audit dalaman dan luaran yang berkaitan dengan transaksi AP.
• Membantu tugas-tugas kewangan dan perakaunan lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan. • Menyokong pelaksanaan dan pematuhan dengan keperluan E-Invois.
• Membantu memantau borang K1/K2 dan menyokong penyediaan dan penyerahan penyata SST.
• • Menyediakan sokongan untuk fungsi Akaun Belum Terima (AR) semasa ketiadaan ahli pasukan.

Keperluan

• Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam Akaun Belum Bayar atau peranan perakaunan yang serupa.
• Pengalaman dalam persekitaran pembuatan akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Kemahiran dengan sistem ERP dan aplikasi Microsoft Office, terutamanya Excel.
• Pengetahuan asas tentang SST, E-Invois dan keperluan pematuhan berkanun adalah satu kelebihan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam kedua-dua Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
• Berorientasikan perincian, teratur, dan mampu bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
• Rasa tanggungjawab yang tinggi dengan keupayaan untuk memenuhi tarikh akhir dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with knowledge in air conditioning.
• Preferably working experience in the air conditioning industry.
• With at least 2 - 3 years working experience in same role.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, dynamic team player, self-driven, willing to work under pressure, and with high integrity.
