The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. The part you will play

A Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

• Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
• Content management & optimization
• Campaign strategies & execution
• Chat response representation of the brand/seller
• Operations capacity and process implementation
• Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance
• Foster client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams available

Responsibilities:

The team you will be part of

The Opportunity: 

As the Associate Manager, Key Account, you will own and grow our distributor business, managing everything from sales performance and commercial strategy to in-market execution. You’ll work closely with distributors and key customers to identify growth opportunities, expand distribution, and ensure strong visibility and sell-through of products at retail.

This role covers Modern Trade (independent), General Trade, and Baby Shop channels nationwide.

1. Sales & Profitability

Role Summary:

Petra Brands is seeking a Performance Ad Creative Designer to spearhead high-volume, high-converting creative production for our DTC paid media campaigns. This is not a traditional "brand-focused" role; we are looking for a direct-response specialist who understands that design must sell, communicate instantly, and adapt based on performance data.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level visual taste and fast execution, producing both native-style (organic, problem-led) and polished, structured ads. You should be comfortable using AI tools to scale creative output and have a deep understanding of hooks, customer pain points, and platform-native formats.

• Design static ad concepts and rapid variations for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Native placements.

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.

The part you will play

A Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

• Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
• Content management & optimization
• Campaign strategies & execution
• Chat response representation of the brand/seller
• Operations capacity and process implementation
• Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance

The team you will be part of

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

• Grow account NMV and revenue
• Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts 
• Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals 
• Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat) 
• Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
• Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
• Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
• Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner

What we are looking for - the ideal profile
Qualifications:

• Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
• Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
• Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
• Project management experience
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
