Key Responsibilities

·       Manageand support day-to-day operations of enterprise digital and IT systems,including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution.

·       Manageassigned projects and change requests from requirements through delivery bytracking timelines, actions, and dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up.

·       Engagebusiness users to gather and document functional requirements and translatethem into clear requirements for IT teams or external vendors.

·       Coordinatewith external vendors across the delivery lifecycle, including development,user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and escalation.

·       SupportUAT planning and execution and coordinate rollout activities.

·       Maintainproject documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and reports.

·       Supportprocurement activities, including quotations, vendor coordination, and contractadministration.

·       Organiseand support project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, includingpreparation of presentation materials where required.

·       Provideoccasional after-hours system support when required.

Requirements

·       Diplomaor degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.

·       3–6years of experience in IT business analysis, or digital project delivery roles.

·       Ableto work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple prioritiesconcurrently.

·       Experiencewith CRM or enterprise digital platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus.

·       Comfortableworking with business users and vendors.

·       Clearcommunicator, organised, and reliable in follow-through.

An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented laboratory professional to support diagnostic and clinical testing across multiple laboratory disciplines. The role involves performing accurate laboratory analyses, handling specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and documentation within a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of laboratory tests across pre-analytical and post-analytical stages
• Prepare, process, and handle biological specimens and samples in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results, including proper documentation and data entry
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain standard laboratory instruments and equipment
• Support quality control procedures and adhere strictly to laboratory safety and compliance guidelines
• Maintain laboratory inventory, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Assist in administrative and data management tasks as required
• Rotate across various diagnostic disciplines including microbiology, haematology, blood bank, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, and cytotechnology

Requirements

• Diploma in CPT, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior laboratory exposure will be an advantage
