Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk & End-User Support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk role.

THE ROLE: Senior Executive, Marketing

The Senior Executive, Marketing is responsible for executing lead generation and marketing campaigns that support student recruitment and business growth. The role implements digital and offline initiatives and works closely with sales and internal stakeholders to support recruitment objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

What we need from you

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• You should have 2 to 3 years working experience in similar role within the hotel industry.
• International hotel chain experience coupled with proficiency in Opera Property Management System will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint will be required.
• Must speak fluent English and a second language.
• Committed to working rotating shifts, including weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support HR processes such as leave administration, claims, and performance review tracking.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
