Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the check-out counter to ensure smooth store operations
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and store reputation
• Handle cash, electronic payments, and receipts securely following company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized check-out area to support a safe and welcoming environment
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends, and public holidays as required to meet store operational needs
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge for effective job performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end to end regulatory reporting review and remediation projects within an MAS regulatory environment

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate regulatory reviews, audits, and examinations, including preparation of evidence packs and responses

• Drive issue remediation, track audit and regulatory findings, and ensure timely closure with stakeholders

• Lead data quality remediation and system enhancements, including UAT and delivery sign off

• Act as a central liaison with Internal Audit, Compliance, IT, Finance, and regulators

• Prepare and maintain regulatory report documentation, such as procedures and policies

• Provide regular updates via status reports and steering committee briefings

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting, regulatory review, audit, or other control functions within a financial institution

• Proven experience reviewing, validating, or overseeing regulatory submissions to regulators

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustainability and Carbon Accounting Platform (Sweep): Serve as a key administrator for the Sweep platform. Manage the end-to-end data collection process, including the creation and maintenance of integration rules between SAP and Sweep to facilitate automated data ingestion.
• GHG Emissions (Scopes 1, 2, & 3): Lead the collection and verification of emission data. Ensure high-quality data input by collaborating with various departments across the Group.
• Cross-Functional Data Management: Partner closely with Business Unit Sustainability Leads across Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia to facilitate smooth data submission and verification.

• Reporting: Support the annual sustainability reporting cycle. Assist in preparing internal presentations and sustainability newsletters.
• Peer Benchmarking: Conduct regular industry research to benchmark Delfi’s sustainability performance against global peers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and sustainability regulations. Proactively suggest and support new sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Data Science, or related fields.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a sustainability-related role. Prior experience with carbon accounting and ESG platform (e.g., Sweep) is highly preferred.
3. Technical Proficiency:

• Understanding of carbon accounting methodologies (Scope 1, 2 & 3).
• Experience with data management system/ ESG platforms, e.g., Sweep.
• MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words)
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Bell Hop is the first face guests see when they arrive at the hotel. He/ She is cheerful, proactive and helpful, creates a memorable experience stay for guests from arrival, during the stay, through to departure.  

What will I be doing?

As the Bell Hop, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·        Meeting and proactively greeting guests on their arrival at the hotel.

·        Delivering and collecting luggage and items to, from, and between guests’ rooms.

·        Deliver all luggage and items to the guest rooms within the expected delivery time.

·        Opening and closing car doors at the hotel driveway.

·        Directing traffic and maintain an orderly driveway

·        Managing the parking space in the hotel driveway.

·        Arrange and book transportation for guests.

·        Be aware of all events, conferences, and group movements in the hotel.

·        Familiar with hotel operating system especially HotSOS.
