Job Responsibilities

Business Manager (Central Kitchen) manages the overall performance of an organization's central kitchen. Besides monitoring production output levels to ensure that quality levels are maintained, he/she is also expected to set up new food production standards, kitchen operation guidelines and to propose research and development activities for new products. To constantly liaise with suppliers on food cost changes and procure new vendors to maintain control on food production cost. He/she is placed in charge of new projects e.g. develop new sales channels to increase sales for the Central Kitchen.

9. Forecast and budget sales and expenses. Conduct financial analysis, provide monthly profit and loss reports.

10. Take lead on special projects e.g. to develop new sales channel to increase profitability of the Company.

Job Requirements

The Nurse Educator assesses, identifies, implements, co-ordinates and evaluates departmental nursing staffs’ and external parties in continuing education, training and development plans to ensure provision of competent and quality patient care but not be limited to the following:-

• Conducts nursing staff orientation and induction, clinical education / training, in-service education, personal and professional growth.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• SNB Registered Nurse with at least 8 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which a minimum of two (2) years of experience in clinical teaching/professional development and continuing education at an acute hospital setting.
• Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic or advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Professional Educational Certificate (PGHDE by NUS or ACTA/ALPS).
• Possess Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) provider certificate.
• Able to perform rotating shift duties up to 12 hours (average 44 hours per work week) inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays AND office hour (average 44 hours per work week).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging to patients according to set protocols and standards for health screening

●       Provide accurate ultrasound reports and ensure all records are properly documented

SGP Healthcare Investment is a medical aesthetics group with operations in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Telesales & Clinic Admin Assistant to join our Malaysia support team.

This role combines telesales, customer service, appointment booking and administrative support. It is suitable for candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers, using digital systems, following structured procedures and supporting real-time sales or invoice documentation.

As a Telesales & Clinic Admin Assistant, you will support customer enquiries and operational administration through two key portfolios: Acquisition & Call-Out Support and Appointment Booking & Real-Time Invoice Support

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications through phone calls, WhatsApp and SMS.
• Follow up with new customer enquiries and assist in converting them into appointments or online purchases.
• Conduct call-outs to existing, past or absentee customers for appointment booking, rebooking and customer follow-up.
• Use approved scripts and service information to explain appointment options and administrative steps clearly.
• Book customer appointments accurately based on customer preferences, clinic availability and operational guidelines.
• Assist with rescheduling no-show, cancelled, overbooked or under-booked appointment slots to improve clinic appointment flow.
• Issue purchase invoices accurately and promptly in real time after sales or booking confirmation.
• Support tracking of leads, appointment outcomes, campaign responses or operational audit checks when required.
• Attend training and apply standard procedures for system usage, customer communication and documentation accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, call centre, clinic administration, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, retail or lifestyle service sectors is preferred.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Comfortable with outbound calls, WhatsApp communication and follow-up work.
• Able to work the afternoon shift from 12.00pm to 9.00pm.
• Proficient in English. Ability to communicate in a second language is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good attention to detail, especially in appointment booking, invoice issuance and customer record updates.
• Comfortable using computerised systems, online booking platforms, CRM tools, spreadsheets or digital communication platforms.
• Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment where applicable.
• Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple customer cases within the same shift.
• Willing to learn about medical aesthetics services, internal workflows and customer service procedures.
