Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to oversee daily safety operations on our construction site in Penang. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities strictly comply with OSHA regulations, maintaining a hazard-free work environment, and fostering a strong safety culture among the site team. This is a project-based contract role with a strong possibility of converting into a permanent, full-time position based on performance and project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and legal requirements.
• Assist the Safety Officer / Project Manager in implementing the Site Safety & Health Plan.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site workers.
• Investigate any site accidents, near-misses, or dangerous occurrences, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Ensure all necessary safety signage, barricades, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are properly maintained and utilized on-site.
• Maintain updated safety documentation and records for audit purposes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold a valid Yellow Book certification from NIOSH/DOSH.
• Registration: Must be actively registered with CIDB (valid green card/registration).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of local dialects/Mandarin is an added advantage for site communication).

The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end finance and accounts management for a project-driven engineering business.

This is a hands-on role covering financial control, project costing, cashflow management, statutory compliance, and management reporting across Malaysia and Singapore entities.

• Mengawasi operasi gudang harian, termasuk kawalan inventori, pengurusan ruang, pemuatan/pemunggahan, pengemasan, kawalan perosak dan keselamatan. Memastikan penyimpanan dan pengaturan produk yang betul.
• Menyelaras jadual penghantaran harian dengan pasukan & pengangkut BDU.
• Memastikan semua dokumentasi dan sijil disediakan untuk audit pada bila-bila masa.
• Memimpin, menyelia, melatih dan melatih pasukan gudang dan logistik untuk mencapai produktiviti, keselamatan, kualiti dan KPI.
• Pastikan produk dan kuantiti yang betul dimuatkan untuk penghantaran.
• Mengurus proses kawalan inventori, termasuk ketepatan stok, pemindahan storan, stok penuaan.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang diamanahkan.

Keperluan Kerja

• Ijazah dalam bidang Logistik, Rantaian Bekalan, Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Graduan baru juga digalakkan untuk memohon.
• Pengetahuan asas tentang Excel atau sistem inventori
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
• Bertanggungjawab dan boleh menguruskan kakitangan gudang

主要職責

採購訂單（PO）：

• 協助向分包商和供應商發出所有所需材料和服務的採購訂單。
• 確保按照已批准的採購申請單（PR）採購貨物。
• 每日更新和維護採購訂單主清單。

供應商管理：

• 與供應商協商價格和條款，以達成最佳交易。
• 協助取得報價、比較價格，並確保成本效益。
• 建立並維護最新的供應商聯絡人名單。

訂單和配送監控：

• 追蹤訂單狀態和交貨時間表，以確保及時收到材料和服務。
• 跟進供應商待出貨事宜，並解決差異。

文件和記錄：

• 協助維護採購商品、送貨詳情和發票的準確記錄。
• 確保採購文件以電子版和紙本版兩種形式妥善歸檔。

行政支援：

• 協助處理辦公室日常維護和行政事務。
• 前台不方便時接聽電話及接收郵件。
• 接收文件並簽收快遞。

團隊協作：

• 與採購團隊密切合作，確保工作流程順暢，並了解採購流程。
• 根據需要為團隊成員提供臨時支援。
• 執行上級不時指派的其他相關任務。

資格與技能

• 工商管理、供應鏈或相關領域的文憑/學位。
• 較強的談判和溝通能力。
• 注重細節，具備良好的組織能力。
• 熟練微軟辦公室軟體（Excel、Word）和採購系統。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。

除了英語和馬來語外，還需具備閱讀、寫作、說普通話的能力，以便與供應商溝通並確保包容性。
