We’re working with a well-established family office with investments across private equity, public markets, real assets, and other alternative investments. The team in Singapore is currently lean, and this role will be the key finance hire reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering both corporate accounting and fund finance. Job Description:

• Guide regulatory and licensing decision-making processes based on relevant regulatory requirements of medical devices.

• Complete and maintain regulatory filings by leading internal groups, collaborating with external groups, providing direction to obtain supporting technical information, and implementing focused solutions for identified changes and challenges.

• Oversee the communication of regulatory requirements to internal or external customers.

• Lead communication with critical regulators to respond to non-conformances, deficiencies, and questions.

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance related to medical device pre- and post-market activities involving regulatory, R&D, quality and medical affairs.

• Monitor changes in the regulatory and legislative environment.

• Recommend regulatory pathways, strategies, solutions, and future actions for specific and diverse scenarios, accounting for business objectives and factors relevant to other departments/functional areas.

• Review and provide direction to ensure supporting evidence meets appropriate regulatory requirements.

• Assess records against multiple requirements sources, including regulations, guidance documents, and standards utilized in various applicable markets that have been identified as applicable.

• Oversees professional employees/teams OR typically manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution or office environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry) or Engineering.

• 4 - 6 years of experience working in regulatory affairs for medical devices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced, changing environment.

• Advance skills in Word and Excel.

• Strong understanding of medical device regulations for pre-market approvals/clearances for medical device.

• Understanding of post-market regulatory requirements of medical device.

• Skill and ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues and recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems.

• Requires the ability to present and communicate with various audiences (e.g. senior management and non-technical audiences).

• Position requires up to 15% travel.

• RAC Certification a plus

• Experience working with SAP

• Experience writing 510(k)s and CE technical files.

• Experienced directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.

• Experience applying knowledge of EPA VOC, Prop 65, FIFRA, OSHA HAZCOM, CPSC, DOT, FDA, and/or VAWD.

This is a contract position within the Partnership team at the Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG). The role provides generalist support across partnership management, programme coordination, and event execution. The incumbent will work across LLSG’s Comms & Outreach and Advisory clusters in addition to the Partnerships team and will play a critical role during the SkillsFuture Festival (SFF) period before transitioning to support the team's leadership programme and ongoing community engagement initiatives through the rest of the year.

Responsibilities:

Partnerships Support

• Assist in the day-to-day management of existing partnerships, including coordination with partners on deliverables and event participation
• Support onboarding of new partners and maintenance of partnership records

Stakeholder Coordination & Meeting Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the Partnership team and other LLSG clusters, including Comms & Outreach and Advisory Team
• Engage with external partners and programme stakeholders to align on deliverables and timelines
• Take minutes at meetings and circulate action items
• Track and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely closure
• Maintain planning trackers and flag items at risk of slippage to the reporting officer

Reporting & Data Visualisation

• Track and report on partnership engagement metrics, including number of active enterprise partners and depth of engagement across programmes
• Consolidate career conversion and jobs engagement data across events and monthly programmes
• Monitor thought leadership programme performance, including online reach, impressions, and audience engagement metrics
• Track participant and partner feedback scores, identifying trends to inform programme refinement
• Present findings in a narrative-driven format that tells the story behind the numbers and supports strategic planning

Thought Leadership Programme

• Provide coordination and administrative support for LLSG’s thought leadership series
• Liaise with speakers, partners, and internal teams on programme logistics
• Assist with post-event reporting and documentation

Event & Community Engagement Support

• Provide on-site support at partnership events and community engagement activities, including those held in the evenings and on weekends
• Support monthly Career Conversion Programmes held on campus, including logistics coordination and on-ground execution
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and participant experience

SkillsFuture Festival (SFF) – Near-Term Priority

• Serve as a key operational support for SFF partnership logistics and on-site coordination
• Consolidate post-event reports and data across multiple SFF touchpoints

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience inpartnerships, events, or programme management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working outside of regular hours for evening and weekend events
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong ability to synthesise data into clear, visual, and actionable reports
