The Clinical Operations Manager role is pivotal for the Medical Affairs department. The Department runs Moleac’s international drug development programs with two focus areas: extension of indications for our main marketed product and conduct of clinical studies aiming at the regulatory approval of our new products in major markets. Our products address the needs of patients’ recovery from a loss of brain functions after a brain injury (Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury) as well as addressing the need of patients with cognitive deficits. You will be reporting to the head of Medical Affairs and you will have abundant opportunity to work with an international team of highly diverse background and deep expertise.

Major Accountabilities:

• Project Delivery: Accountability for delivering clinical trials on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

o Develop and implement study protocols in collaboration with Moleac Medical Advisor.

o Oversee the initiation, execution, and close-out of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to company’s clinical development strategy

o Anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may impact quality and/or timely completion of clinical studies

2. Site Management and Relations:

o In full cooperation with study Medical Advisor, dentify, evaluate, and select investigational sites; establish relationships with Principal Investigators (PIs) and site staff.

o Monitor site performance and address any issues that may arise during the trial.

o Develop contingency plans as needed, prepare and activate action plans to ensure patient recruitment in the clinical study is progressing without delay

3. Vendor Management:

o Develop project work packages specifications, organize bidding process, ensure vendor qualifications and track record, select vendors

o Lead cross-functional teams, including team members from Moleac, CROs and other vendors (Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), data managers, site staff, IT and other system’s support, etc..).

o Provide mentorship to junior staff and team members; foster a collaborative team environment.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

o Ensure that all clinical trials comply with local and international regulations, including ICH-GCP guidelines.

o Contribute to development and updates of Moleac clinical research SOPs

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and procedures to ensure compliance across all study phases.

5. Data Oversight and Quality Control:

o Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of clinical trial data.

o Conduct regular data reviews and queries to facilitate timely resolution of data discrepancies.

o Prepare and organize for any study and/or sponsor audit/inspection, either conducted by a regulatory authority, an IRB, or commissioned by Moleac

6. Budget Management:

o Develop and manage study budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.

o Work closely with finance to ensure timely payments to sites and vendors.

7. Clinical Trial Reporting:

o Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

o Compile and submit necessary documents for regulatory approvals and updates.

8. Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and challenges in clinical trial operations and develop mitigation strategies.

o Implement corrective actions as needed to address operational issues.

9. Stakeholder Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for operational study-related matters and communications among internal teams, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.

We are looking for an experienced clinical monitor to perform the study monitoring in the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE ID). ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Welcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focused on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.

The monitor should be able to supervise study sites and activities to ensure adherence to appropriate study protocols and applicable regulatory requirement terms of the study.

Duties & Responsibilities
•Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) at assigned clinical sites and generate visit reports.
•Monitor the progress of clinical study sites participating in a clinical study, and to assure the protocol is followed and data is reported accurately.
•Evaluate the quality and integrity of the reported data, site efficacy and investigational product (IP) management.
•Review the performance of the trial at designated sites, ensure the rights and well-being of human subjects are safeguarded and are in accordance with protocol.

Job Summary

Lead and manage comprehensive human resource functions including recruitment, performance assessment, training, employee relations, and administration to support organizational growth and operational excellence

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment, performance assessment, training, salary and welfare, employee relations, administration and other daily work;

2. Prepare personnel recruitment plan and promote its implementation;

3. Plan and coordinate the overall operation of the personnel department, update and improve the personnel management system;

4. Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to solve emergencies;

5. Promotion and implementation of training plans;

6. Organizational development of personnel.

Position conditions:

1. University degree or above, major in human resources, business management, more than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;

2. Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation, have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management, at least proficient in recruitment, performance, training three modules, able to guide the work of each functional module;

3. Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia;

4. Excellent communication and public relations ability, with the ability to solve emergencies;

5. Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems；

6. Have the ability to build team members from 0 to 1;

7. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and colleagues in China.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Leading the Sales & Marketing in Singapore

• Develop and implements sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

• Plan, manage and maintain regular contact with new and existing client on their requirements & problems and offer solutions deals, respond to enquiries and submit a quotation in a timely manner to achieve sales target of company products

• Prepare monthly sales report showing sales volume and forecast report inclusive of on-going, negotiating and tender projects.

• Hold regular management meeting and logs the minutes.

• Responsible for performance evaluations of sales staff and oversees their daily actives.

• Expand and business development new market regions & clientele

• Demonstrate and present new products to new and existing client

• To in-charge and maintain the Risk Management for Sales Operations.

• To act as Representative and maintain Company ISO system, liaise with the ISO auditors.

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in sales

• Must possess own car and a valid class 3 driving license

• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people

• Required Skill(s): sales, Specification, sales driven, independent, motivated leader

• Bilingual in English & Chinese, Malay will be an advantage to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking counterparts

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PPT) is preferred

• Able to travel overseas if needed

• Able to work overtime / on weekend to provide events support

• Able to start immediately / as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Solutioning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mediacorp to design customised, innovative solutions that address client and sector needs

• Leverage Mediacorp's extensive portfolio of IPs or develop fresh, original concepts tailored to client objectives

Proposal Development

• Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity with client budgets

• Craft compelling, visually impactful sales decks in PowerPoint and support the Account Servicing Team during pitches and follow-ups

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business or a related field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution-selling (media industry experience preferred)

• Strong track record of collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders

• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives

• Strong business acumen - be able to price solutions that are commercially viable

• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (analysis and planning)

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and with a team
