• 編制準確的月度、季度和年度財務報告。
• 制定房地產開發案的預算和預測。
• 監控現金流、專案融資和投資回報。

• 與審計人員、稅務代理人和監管機構聯絡。
• 提供財務分析，以支援可行性研究和專案規劃。

• 領導和指導財務團隊，實施財務流程和內部控制的最佳實務。

職位要求

• 會計、金融或相關專業的學士學位。
• 至少5-8年相關經驗，其中至少3年房地產開發或建築經驗。
• 精通MFRS、稅法和專案融資。
• 熟練使用會計軟體（AutoCount、MHub 和 IFCA）。
• 優秀的分析能力、領導能力和溝通能力。
• 能夠流利使用普通話、英語和馬來語，以便與我們多元化的客戶群和利害關係人進行有效溝通。
