RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will be doing:

• Manage and support the overall financial reporting and financial closing in compliance with US GAAP, FRS and Group reporting requirements.
• Analyze P&L variances month-over-month, review Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Actively support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely revenue and cost recognition. Review and highlight any variances to the business prior to monthly and annual closing.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide support during statutory audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Ensure all financial reporting complies with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Ensure all in-scope processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Revenue Recognition, General Ledger/Controllership, Procurement, Payroll, and IT adhere to SOX requirements.
• Prepare nd maintain comprehensive documentation for SOX controls, perform regular testing, and identify any deficiencies.
• Develop and implement remediation plans for any identified control deficiencies, working closely with process owners to ensure timely resolution.
• Support internal audits to ensure all business processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks and weaknesses in internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure that corrective actions are effectively carried out.
• Support the Tax Manager on the post-audit reviews for 7 in-scope entities to ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and provide clarifications during the audit process.
• Assist in preparing reports on audit findings and implement corrective actions to address any issues identified.
• Conduct in-house training related to updates on new accounting standards, corporate policies, internal controls and compliance requirements to relevant staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business controls.
• Promote the adoption of best practices in financial processes and controls across the organization.
• Undertake other projects/assignments as assigned.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum4+ years of experience in SOX compliance, accounting and/or audit
• Proficiency in SOX Controls, US GAAP and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in dealing with internal and external financial and regulatory audits is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively and positively interact cross-functionally.

Job Responsibilities :

Senior Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Workplace Safety and Health Management System in compliance with Ministry of Manpower Singapore and relevant statutory requirements
• Oversee and conduct comprehensive risk assessments (RA), safe work procedures (SWP), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all site activities, including PPVC installation works
• Plan, organise, and lead regular site safety inspections, audits, and management walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and practices
• Drive proactive hazard identification and implement effective risk control measures, ensuring timely rectification and closure of all safety observations
• Lead and manage incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective actions
• Prepare detailed WSH reports, statistics, and documentation for internal management and external authorities
• Organise and conduct safety induction programmes, toolbox meetings, safety trainings, and safety campaigns to promote a strong safety culture on site
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Liaise closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on all WSH-related matters
• Support WSH Committee meetings and contribute to continuous safety improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the site safety team and ensure effective execution of WSH and environmental functions
• Coordinate closely with construction teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into daily operations, especially for PPVC installation activities
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and environmental control measures submitted by subcontractors
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental sustainability across the project

Environmental Control (ECO Duties)

• Lead the planning and implementation of environmental control measures in accordance with National Environment Agency Singapore regulations and project environmental management plans
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental requirements, including noise control, air pollution (dust), water discharge, waste management, and vector control measures
• Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits, and ensure prompt rectification of any non-compliance issues
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of construction waste and hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and submit all environmental reports, records, and documentation required by authorities
• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on environmental matters, including inspections and audits
• Promote environmental awareness on site and ensure all site personnel adhere to environmental best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Safety, Health and Environmental Management
• Must be a registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
• Experience in PPVC projects will be an added advantage

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of events hosted within the venue, including conferences, corporate events, and client functions. This role focuses on upselling opportunities, operational planning, on-site execution, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring all events are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards in accordance with venue policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage the full event lifecycle within the venue, from initial planning and coordination through to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Translate client and organiser requirements into operationally sound, venue-compliant event plans, while identifying opportunities to upsell venue services where appropriate.
• Develop and manage event timelines, operational schedules, and on-site deployment plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for venue-related matters across all event phases, including build-up, live event days, and teardown.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Facilities, Sales, etc.) to ensure aligned and timely event delivery.
• Liaise with event organisers, contractors, and service providers to ensure all works comply with venue rules, safety standards, and approved timelines.

Requirements
