Komunikasi Pelanggan & Pengurusan Pesanan

• Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan runcit AS melalui e-mel untuk menjelaskan harga, spesifikasi dan keperluan produk.
• Menerima dan memasukkan pesanan pelanggan ke dalam sistem, memastikan ketepatan dan kelengkapan.

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan R&D untuk meneroka keperluan pelanggan secara mendalam, menyokong penilaian kebolehlaksanaan dan menindaklanjuti kemajuan R&D.
• Bekerjasama dengan jabatan pengeluaran, perancangan pengeluaran, pembelian dan kualiti untuk memastikan produk dihasilkan mengikut jadual dan memenuhi piawaian kualiti.
• Jejaki perubahan yang diminta oleh pelanggan semasa peringkat pengeluaran dan segera sampaikannya kepada jabatan dalaman yang berkaitan.
• Menyelaras dengan pasukan logistik dan penghantaran untuk memastikan produk dihantar dengan selamat dan tepat pada masanya kepada pelanggan melalui pengangkutan laut kontena.

Sokongan Jualan

• Membantu pasukan jualan AS dalam menyediakan sebut harga, cadangan teknikal dan dokumentasi berkaitan.
• Menyokong penyediaan laporan jualan, analisis pasaran dan penyelenggaraan maklumat pelanggan.

Latar Belakang & Pengalaman Anda:

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau ke atas dalam mana-mana disiplin.
• Lebih daripada 1 tahun pengalaman dalam sokongan jualan, pengurusan pesanan atau peranan berkaitan; calon yang mempunyai latar belakang kejuruteraan dan perniagaan adalah diutamakan.
• Graduan baru yang mahir berbahasa Cina dan Inggeris digalakkan untuk memohon.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Word, Excel dan PowerPoint; pengalaman dengan sistem SAP adalah satu kelebihan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Prepare shell drawing once received Architect and Structure drawings from Client.

* Liaise with the client about shell drawing before proceeding with Aluminium Formwork.

* Attend site meetings, Consultant meetings if requested and report regularly the progress to HOD.

Job Description

1. Handle data entry, verification, and filing of warehouse inbound and outbound documents for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely.

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. You will coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to drive the full cycle of product development and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective order execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Communication & Order Management

• Communicate with U.S. retail customers via email to clarify product pricing, specifications, and requirements.
• Receive and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Convey customer requirements to the R&D team and assist in product design or modification.
• Follow up on customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in hosting customer visits, including factory tours, quality inspections, and technical discussions.

Internal Coordination & Process Follow-up

• Work closely with the R&D team to explore customer requirements in depth, support feasibility evaluation, and follow up on R&D progress.
• Collaborate with production, production planning, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Track customer-requested changes during the production stage and promptly communicate them to relevant internal departments.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure products are safely and punctually delivered to customers via container sea freight.

Sales Support

• Assist the U.S. sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and maintenance of customer information.

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.
• Fresh graduates who are proficient in both Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, familiarity with business hospitality etiquette, and basic understanding of current international trade developments.

Job Description
