Job Description

• Responsible for operation and monitoring of low voltage (LV) electrical system (MDB / SMDB / DB) for solar PV projects and site facilities
• Ensure stable, safe, and continuous power supply for solar installation sites and operations
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) for electrical systems, solar PV components, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults including tripping, short circuit, overload, and system failure
• Perform emergency repair to restore power and minimize downtime
• Operate and maintain backup systems such as generator, UPS, and ATS
• Ensure all electrical and solar installation works comply with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain maintenance records, site log books, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with technicians and project teams for maintenance and site support activities

Qualification / Experience & Requirements

• Must possess valid Chargeman A4 Certificate
• Experience in solar PV system, electrical maintenance, or facility management is preferred
• Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, switchgear, inverter systems, and backup systems (generator / UPS / ATS)
• Able to troubleshoot electrical and system faults independently
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and site safety procedures
• Willing to work shifts or on-call when required
• Responsible, disciplined, and good teamwork attitude
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project/site environment
