Huraian Kerja

Mengurus projek pembangunan produk pelanggan dari konsep hingga pelancaran, memastikan pelaksanaan yang lancar, penghantaran tepat pada masanya dan kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi. Bertindak sebagai penghubung utama antara pelanggan dan pasukan dalaman sambil menyokong objektif komersial dan hubungan pelanggan jangka panjang.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Pengurusan Pelanggan

• Bertindak sebagai penghubung utama untuk pelanggan yang ditugaskan mengenai perkara-perkara pembangunan produk.
• Terjemahkan keperluan pelanggan kepada ringkasan yang jelas untuk pasukan dalaman.
• Urus jangkaan pelanggan tentang garis masa, hasil kerja dan kebolehlaksanaan.

Pelaksanaan Projek

• Mengurus kitaran hayat projek hujung ke hujung daripada ringkasan kepada pengeluaran dan penghantaran (sampel, formulasi, pembungkusan, kos, pengujian, pemadanan warna, karya seni, dokumentasi kawal selia, dll.).
• Membangun dan memantau garis masa dan pencapaian projek.
• Menyelaras dengan jabatan R&D, Pembungkusan, Pengeluaran, Rantaian Bekalan, QA dan jabatan-jabatan lain.
• Jejaki kemajuan dan uruskan risiko projek secara proaktif.

Sokongan Komersial

• Menyokong pasukan Jualan dalam menyediakan cadangan dan kos.
• Pantau pemacu kos dan serlahkan sebarang varians.
• Memberikan maklumat tentang keperluan, trend dan peluang produk pelanggan.

• Menambah baik sistem pengesanan dan pelaporan projek.

Keperluan Jawatan / Pengalaman

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan Projek, Pemasaran, Kimia atau bidang berkaitan.
• 1–2 tahun (junior) / 3-5 tahun (senior) pengalaman dalam pengurusan projek, pengurusan akaun atau perkhidmatan pelanggan (sebaik-baiknya dalam kosmetik, penjagaan diri, FMCG atau industri pembuatan).
• Pendedahan kepada pembangunan produk dalam persekitaran OEM/ODM adalah satu kelebihan.
• Kemahiran pengurusan projek dan penyelarasan yang kukuh.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, dengan keupayaan untuk mempengaruhi tanpa autoriti langsung.
• Kebolehan analitikal dan penyelesaian masalah yang kuat dengan perhatian terhadap perincian.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming goods

• Arrange and shelve stock in an orderly and efficient manner
