Job Responsibilities
- Manage data entry and update accounting record on daily basis.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to Finance Manager
- Assist in daily operation task such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail,
- Basic bookkeeping and other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements :-
- Diploma OR Degree in any disciplines or equivalent.
- General computer with excel and word knowledge.
- Positive and engaging attitude.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia -
