1. GCE O Level, ITE and above

2. Supervision of marine fuels loading from oil terminals and delivery to customer vessels in Singapore as per SS 600 & SS648 requirements and procedures

3. Liaising with oil terminal personnel, cargo surveyors and ship crew.

4. Responsible for the custody of marine fuels

5. Ensuring correct quality and quantity of bunkers is delivered to customer vessels in a safe and efficient manner

6. Knowledge of the Coriolis mass flow meter

7. Responsible for all documentation for procurement of marine fuels and deliveries to customer vessels

8. Training will be provided for items 2 to 7

9. Minimum 06 months probationary period

10. Commencing remuneration is SGD2200 to SGD2600 per month as trainee
