We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our teamin the Emergency Department (ED). In this role, you will be instrumental insupporting the planning and operational excellence of the emergency department to ensure optimal patient care delivery and experience.  You will work together with the team and collaborate closely with clinicians and stakeholders to establish comprehensive patient journey maps and workflows, gathering clinical and operational inputs to optimise resources and manpower. You will play a pivotal role in staff development by training new frontline staff. Over time, you will progress to leading, developing and inspiring them in their careers. A key aspect of this position involves fostering a patient-centric culture that drives the department towards delivering exceptional care and experience for all ED patients. The role also includes supporting the hospital's Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) efforts and collaborating across departments to build a seamless healthcare delivery system from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of related experience
• Healthcare and staff management experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies will be preferred
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation with multi-generational staff
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills

In this role, you will support the planning and development of admission and financial counselling processes to ensureefficient patient admissions across various care pathways. Key responsibilities include developing workflows for various admission categories and financial counselling protocols for patients. You will support the development oftraining materials and user guides to support operational processes and enhance staff capabilities. Additional responsibilities include supporting daily departmental operations, providing secretariat support for meetings and events,and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Job Description:

• Support the Project Manager and engineers to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage project documentation and subcontractor coordination.
• Perform system setup, database configuration, and resolve technical/design issues.
• Provide IT infrastructure support (Microsoft & Linux environments).
• Handle network switch configuration and network device design within scope.
• Execute installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
• Guide site engineers and conduct knowledge transfer.
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors; lead and present project meetings.
• Track and report progress, following up on software development and site works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant system experience.
• Experience in project management or IT systems deployment.
• Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, database management (SQL), vulnerability assessment, software development concepts, and access control systems (e.g. CCTV, card readers).
