Roles & Responsibilities

You will support the Administration Manager and the School Admin team with the following operations:

1. Finance & Accounts Handling

• Process school finance workflows including payment vouchers, fee collections, and school accounts.
• Manage administrative tasks and accounts directly tracking operations for the Hostel.

2. Student Matters Management

• Update tracking systems with student accomplishments across CCA and CIP (Values in Action) records.

3. General Office Processes

• Perform front counter duties and provide support to school management committees.
• Track inventory logs, manage physical/digital filing structures, and handle standard documentation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• GCE 'O' Level certificate or higher academic qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an administrative role.
• Prior school environment experience is highly preferred.

• Processed staff claims, expenses, invoices, and accounting entries in finance systems.

• Supported month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks.

• Maintained fixed asset records and assisted with lease accounting entries.

• Performed GST reconciliation and ensured compliance with accounting regulations.

• Assisted external audit processes by preparing required documentation and responses.

• Supported regional treasury operations including inter-company interest calculations and tax documentation tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality production support for cross-functional applications serving UOB Wholesale Banking stakeholders.
• Oversee application availability, incident management, problem management, and capacity for systems within scope.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, problems, and user issues effectively.
• Coordinate incident communications, including SLA breaches, major incidents, and upstream or downstream issues, while keeping the team, manager, and department updated.
• Lead technical remediation in line with agreed non-functional requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of services, processes, and tasks through automation.
• Ensure critical processes and procedures are followed and help define operational standards.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear language for business users.
• Promote strong knowledge management practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with Level 1, Level 3, and development teams to resolve incidents, problems, and user issues within SLA and in line with the bank’s severity framework.
• Support event management activities, including patching and annual RDR exercises.
• Provide on-call support according to the team roster.
