Job Purpose

The Senior / Service Advisor, Claims is responsible for managing and administering motor insurance claims efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution, cost control, and a high standard of customer service while complying with internal policies and authority limits.

Responsibilities

Claims Management

• Analyse, process, and manage motor insurance claims within established turnaround times.
• Evaluate claim validity, assess liability, and determine appropriate reserving and settlement strategies.
• Negotiate proactively to resolve claims amicably while mitigating financial exposure and achieving cost-effective outcomes.
• Obtain reserving, settlement, and payment authority in accordance with approved authority limits.

• Explain claims procedures, accident reporting requirements, policy coverage, excess implications (including late reporting excess), and settlement processes to customers and taxi drivers.
• Provide guidance to taxi partners on accident-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding.

Operational Support

• Create and process accident reports statement and sketch submission for Taxi, SPRAC, SPPH&L, and external customers via systems.
• Create eBao records for Income Accident reporting cases in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Coordinate replacement taxi arrangements following accidents where required.
• Review and analyse video footage and other supporting evidence to assist in accident assessment and claims decisions.
• Perform claims administration duties in alignment with assigned system access and data protection requirements.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all claims handling activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all claims handled.

The Advisor, Strategy and Project Implementation will support the Project Director in delivering overall Finance Transformation objective through the ERP / EPM implementation by orchestrating stakeholder engagement, cross‑team collaboration, and program‑level alignment. Roles & Responsibilities

Master data Strategy

As Project Manager:

As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development and quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry products. Your role will involve both operational management and innovation to drive consistency, creativity and will also contribute to the company's growth and menu items that appeal to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

▶️Quality & Monitoring
• Regularly monitor and assess the quality of buns and other bakery products produced in the central kitchen and distributed across various outlets.
• Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to company's standards.

▶️Training & Staff Development
• Conduct training sessions for bakers and other production staffs to ensure consistent quality in all products.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to bakery staffs, reinforcing best practices in both production techniques and product presentation.

▶️Recipe Development & Implementation
• Take the lead on implementing, promoting and improving new and existing product lines, ensuring they align with market trends and customers' preferences.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Commercial Communications to provide communication sand events support for the Singapore Commercial hub.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Communications, this role will support the development and implementation of internal communications strategies for the Commercial function overall including:

• Support the development and delivery of effective and innovative strategic communications for key Commercial initiatives.
• Use communications to effectively foster employee engagement and pride, and to build and enhance Commercial’s reputation both within Commercial and across the Group.
• Cultivate key relationships with and influence stakeholders in Commercial and across the broader business to identify, plan and develop effective communications.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to provide communications that meet business needs, timeframes and budget.
• Support the planning, development and delivery of messaging and content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, announcements, senior leaders’ messages, etc.
• Manage the activation of Group Communications campaigns for the Commercial function and for the Singapore office as appropriate.
• Support employee engagement and employee communications, acting as a communication consultant and adviser to the Commercial leadership team (GMs and above).
• Organise global Commercial and Group (e.g. Material Matters Live) town halls as required.
• Manage Commercial video content creation including planning, production and delivery.
• Support Commercial Connect newsletter content planning, creation, review, translation and distribution.
• Support communications activities for the Singapore office including planning, developing and delivering the Singapore office newsletter, and act as communication consultant for Singapore office clubs and local teams.
• Act as the communications consultant for the Asian Voices Employee Resource Group.
• Manage digital communications channels including Element, Commercial and SLT mailboxes, Viva Engage channels, and Singapore office digital screens.
• Manage and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for content execution.
• Ensure communications align with Group communications and brand standards and guidelines.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: 

• A degree in communications or related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience in communications roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated proficiency across a variety of audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
