薪資：每月2500至3500令吉

職責：

• 始終以客戶為中心，並按照標準指南迴答客戶的詢問。
• 確保貨運預訂和貨物運輸計劃符合客戶要求並遵循既定流程。
• 能夠處理空運/海運出境拼箱/整箱/指定貨運。
• 與承運商聯絡，確保貨運資料的準確性，並及時向承運商提交貨運單。
• 能夠與內部和外部客戶建立富有成效的工作關係。
• 能夠預見並識別問題。系統地分析問題，並提出有效的解決方案或替代方案來解決問題。
• 支持並與團隊成員緊密合作，以確保客戶供應鏈的順利進行和及時執行。
• 安排和協調運輸/貨運/運輸事宜。
• 跟進代理商和收貨人對到貨貨物的處理情況，確保貨物順利運輸。
• 處理和準備運輸單據（例如：提貨單/提貨單、稅務發票、到貨通知）。

教育/經驗/技能需求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有SPM、文憑或高級/高等/應屆畢業生學歷，市場行銷、物流/運輸或同等專業的文憑。
• 至少有 2-3 年航運和貨運代理行業的工作經驗，尤其是貨運代理經驗。
• 必備技能：較強的口頭溝通和表達能力、自律性、電腦操作能力、簡報準備和報告撰寫能力。
• 英語、國語和馬來語聽說讀寫能力俱佳。
