Director – Institutional Account Management

The Director – Institutional Account Managementrole supports the institutional business in delivering high-quality service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their underlying clients. The role focuses on account administration, transaction execution support, client servicing, onboarding coordination and day-to-day relationship management activities. The role acts as a key point of contact for the EAMs.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Service Support

• Provide proactive support to the institutional salespeople in managing relationships with External Asset Managers and their underlying clients.
• Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day client servicing requests and enquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with EAM representatives to ensure prompt resolution of operational and administrative matters.
• Support client meetings, conduct platform demonstrations and follow up on action items.

Account Opening & Client Onboarding

• Coordinate account opening, onboarding and periodic review processes for EAM-managed client accounts.
• Review account documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Specialist to support two core areas of our marketing function: Brand & Content and Events &Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with project coordination and execution.

Role Overview

The Senior Dealer is responsible for executing client trades accurately and supporting daily dealing operations across multiple asset classes. Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and new account openings for both individual and institutional clients.
• Address and follow up on client inquiries, service requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
