[Responsibilities]

· Liaise with students, trainers and related departments & organisations to ensure programmes run smoothly

· Provide support for learners and companies through telephone, emails and walk-ins

· Ensure smooth daily operational activities

· Assist in facilitation of training

· Preparation of course materials

· Administrative work (Attendance, Evaluation, Document Filing, etc)

· Monitor and schedule all trainings to ensure compliance

· Plan and submit trainers' monthly calendar, trainer hours report

· Assist in the company’s continuous improvements and training related areas

We are looking for passionate and qualified English teachers to join our team to prepare students for the Cambridge English Key (KET) and Preliminary (PET) exams. As part of our academic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, monitoring student progress, and ensuring that learners achieve their exam goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the Cambridge KET and PET syllabus

Use a communicative approach to help students build strong speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.

Prepare students effectively for exam components and strategies.

Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.

Provide feedback and guidance to students and parents as needed.

Participate in teacher training and development sessions.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field .

CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification .

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching Cambridge KET/PET or similar English proficiency levels.

Strong familiarity with Cambridge English exams and assessment formats.

Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student needs and levels.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching young learners and teenagers.
