The Administration and Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of corporate office premises. • Liaise with landlord and relevant vendors on building and facility-related matters.

These include preparing the Trains for service, conducting safety and security checks, performing first-line recovery of train and equipment malfunctions, and serving as an emergency train operator. He/She will man the Passenger Vehicle (PV), handle PV defects, and drive the PV.

• As an Assistant Station Manager, you will provide excellent customer service to our passengers to make their journey with SMRT a delightful one.
• You will assist in the operation and control of an MRT station, which includes monitoring of station equipment, responding to station emergencies, platform and concourse patrol, and other station related duties.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Station Manager is responsible to:

• Man or drive the PV according to duty roster plan and when assigned by supervisors.
• Conducting security patrol in the train and reporting faults and abnormalities discovered
• Handle and process transactions for passenger (e.g. problem cards, upgrades).
• Ensures passenger safety and takes remedial action when necessary (e.g. no overcrowding at escalator landing area).
• Assists passengers in travelling in our system (e.g. purchasing of ticket, ticket problem, giving direction, enquiries on fares etc).
• Assists SM to perform administrative duties (e.g. upkeep logbooks, station files and circulars etc).
• Ensure the opening and closing of the station according to the appropriate timetable.
• Handles all train and station incidents and emergencies (e.g. accident, assault and train related fault/alarm etc).
• Be part of Company Emergency Response Team where one is expected to undergo CERT course
• Responsible for their own as well as their Team’s Safety. Staff shall uphold the CCL Safety Mission and 3 principles to complete tasks, perform duties, fulfil the goals of the organization, and adhere to the individual roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC with Engineering background.
• Work on three rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to differentiate all colours (as not all indicators are accessible).
• Participate in exercises with internal or external agencies when required.
• Experience in frontline customer service working is preferred.

Successful candidates will undergo a structured training programme to be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the duty of an Assistant Station Manager. Subject to operational demands, training may be conducted in two phases. Upon completion of phase 1 training (train modules), staff may be deployed to perform train-manning duty first. Thereafter, staff will complete phase 2 training (station modules) to qualify them as full-fledged Assistant Station Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be aligned and act in accordance to SMRT's Vision, Mission, Service Standard and Core Values.

2. Ensure good understanding, knowledge and skills needed for all maintenance activities and provide support for staff training.

3. Lead and supervise a team of Technical Officer(s) to perform preventive, corrective, overhaul, troubleshooting, engineering analysis, investigation or any assigned maintenance activities on all rolling stocks, depot and workshop equipment.

4. Assist to plan and coordinate staff deployment and shift roster to optimise resources utilisation.

5. Verify and ensure all tasks executed by the team are in accordance to latest Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures, and to ensure personal and peers’ safety at all times.

6. Ensure spares, tools and equipment used are in good condition and calibrated if necessary.

7. Perform train shunting activities and operate depot equipment, maintenance vehicles and maintenance equipment to support maintenance activities of the group.

8. Verify and ensure work records done by the team are updated factually, accurately and timely on Work Records Form and on the Maintenance Management System

9. Report immediately any abnormalities or practices observed that are not in accordance to Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures.

10. Adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve Productivity and Value of work performed.

11. Provide support to staff, contractors or any other personnel who are required to perform work on depot and all rolling stocks.

12. To support the group during incidents, accidents and emergencies.

13. Ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.

14. Maintain a high level of work discipline and standards.

15. Perform any other task as assigned.

Job Purpose

As a Manager, Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting your assigned Business Unit (BU) in all aspects of finance. Leading a team of senior accountant/account executives, you will work closely with the Business Unit heads and management team, Group and Finance Shared Services teams.

Responsibilities

•    Lead the team in performing financial and management reporting, ad-hoc reporting/analysis and cash flow projections.
•    Preparation of annual reports and quarterly consolidation packages.
•    Account and monitor profitability by projects.
•    Drive budgeting and forecasting process.
•    Review business cases and revenue papers, including discounted cashflow models. Perform financial analysis and scenario simulation to support key management decisions.
