Job Objectives

The jobholder will procure and ensure availability of all kinds of aircraft spare parts and services according to internal and external customer demands. Be fully responsible for fulfillment of orders on cost, timeliness and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely purchase order creation as per demand
• Follow-up with the suppliers on confirmation dates, shipment dates and tracking of goods in transit to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Ensure accuracy of purchase order data, such as price, qty, and certificates to prevent potential future blocking points
• Create daily order book overview to maintain transparency on of order status and actions required
• Build and maintain a solid relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders and participate in business reviews with suppliers when relevant.
• Launch appropriate corrective actions on order level in case of an issue
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on relevant progress and changes (CRS, Planning, suppliers)
• Maintain all relevant information / changes in SAP and other appropriate information tools
• Manage return shipments to vendors
• Resolve supplier discrepancies and quality issues effectively by interacting with various internal and external stakeholders
• Support our accounting team with solving the root cause for blocked invoices

Job Requirements

• Diploma with 2 or more years' of supply chain experience in a dynamic environment, preferably from the aerospace industry
• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent working knowledge of with SAP, G Suite is preferred ​
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbally

Job Objectives

Reporting to the Head of Solutions Account and Program Management you will be working with our colleagues worldwide. You will work directly with our external Airline and MRO customers, being responsible for the lifecycle of complex Managed Solutions. As a Solutions Account Manager, you are the bridge between the Solutions customers and our internal operations, championing the customer requirements and expectations; and balancing these against our internal capabilities and goals. Accountable for both operational delivery and financial performance.

Job Responsibilities

In-service Deals

• Ownership of the allocated Contracts, with accountability of in-service deal operations and financials in collaboration with local Customer teams
• Ensuring common understanding and delivery of the contributing functions.
• Launch / drum beat actions with the respective functions to ensure high service level and drive our profitability.
  

New Campaigns / Customers

• Lead/support design activities on new campaigns
• Aligning customer requirements with existing capabilities and identifying gaps
• Integrate service extensions into customer’s operations
   

Future Design

• Manage improvement / enabler projects to boost Solutions performance / profitability
• Grow the Solutions portfolio in alignment with Solutions Design Director
• Define Solutions requirements and manage changes across all supporting functions: data management, supply chain, IT, quality, product management, accounting and finance.
   

Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company
 

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration
• More than 3 years of work experience in aerospace in a customer facing role
• Project management and/or process design experience
• Able to analyze large data packages. Programming skills will be a plus
• Experience dealing with aviation MRO’s, airlines or suppliers will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and terminology

Job Objectives

To perform effective component maintenance which includes inspection, operational test, repair, and modification (where required) of aircraft components.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of repair duties on assigned components under the general supervision of the immediate superior
• Perform repair/overhaul/modification of components according to the requirements specified by relevant approved data
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on aircraft components in accordance with manufacturer and other directives
• Perform troubleshooting, testing and operational checks on aircraft  components
• Participate in product audit exercises (where/when necessary) to ensure that Satair’s practice/repair overhaul procedure is 100% aligned with the OEM requirement
• Collaborate (where/when necessary) with Customer Service, the OEM and Satair’s management to resolve issues concerning aircraft systems modifications and repairs

• Drive and coordinate Major Incidents to ensure that we inform our colleagues (internally/externally) and get the Major Incident at hand resolved
