Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Outreach & Engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the Public Outreach & Engagement Programme.
• Prepare and submit the outreach programme for approval within one month from contract award.
• Ensure all communication and engagement activities are carried out professionally throughout the project duration.

2. Stakeholder Communication & Notifications

• Inform stakeholders on project scope, work schedules, timelines, and potential impacts (e.g. noise, dust, traffic, odour).
• Coordinate and notify stakeholders on pre-construction surveys.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and schedule changes.

3. Dialogue & Engagement Sessions

• Support multimedia presentations where required.
• Be contactable 24/7 for urgent public relations matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
