Key Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Enablement and Innovation Specialist is an individual contributor that plays an end-to-end role shaping and driving Technology's technical learning and community engagement approach across APAC. About You

The Role

The Senior Growth Manager – Adjacent Initiatives leads the commercial acceleration of Sidekicker, SEEK's flexible staffing marketplace, as it moves from Validation phase into Product Market Fit in FY27. You will own three interconnected growth plays: building a demand intelligence engine that surfaces Sidekicker at the moment of flex labour need; designing and scaling an outbound sales and marketing motion that improves CAC and ARPU against cold lead benchmarks; and scaling a SEEK Account Manager referral program that activates SEEK's deep hirer relationships as qualified pipeline.

You will report to the Head of Growth – Adjacent Initiatives, lead a squad of Growth Operations, Analytics and Growth Executives, and work cross-functionally across SEEK's Product, Marketing and Sales teams and Sidekicker's existing Growth team.
 

What You'll Be Accountable For

• Validating and executing the acceleration strategy - Identify key commercial uncertainties, design experiments to resolve them quickly, and translate results into scalable growth playbooks, accountable for FY27 OKRs
• Building the demand intelligence engine - Lead the discovery, design and implementation of a lead scoring model that turns data ‘signals’ into a qualified pipeline to execute against, and develop winning GTM playbooks to scale

The Role

This is a fixed‑term role to backfill a parental leave position. We are seeking an experienced workspace strategist and designer with a strong design and design‑strategy background who will lead the design / fit‑out stream of SEEK workspace projects, with a particular focus on a significant, large‑scale project currently in site selection. You will ensure our aspirations are translated into quality, highly functional and great‑value design outcomes that are truly “us”.

You will:

• Use the SEEK Workspace Playbook as the core framework for all projects, ensuring new workspaces align to our standards and intent, and refine the strategy as needed for each site, market and way of working. Work closely with the Workspace Project Director to coordinate internal delivery streams (e.g. Technology, OX), guiding them to define the right requirements and feed information and decisions into the design at the right time, while jointly managing timeline, budget, supply chain and risk.

Our client is a charity organisation that offer community care and healthcare services to the elderly in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Centre Manager for one of their day care centres for seniors.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operations and high-quality care delivery for daycare senior/elderly clients by leading a multi-disciplinary team, implementing therapeutic programmes, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. You will take ownership of centre operations, staff supervision, risk management, stakeholder engagement, financial sustainability, and audit readiness, while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the welfare and safety of daycare clients within the centre, in compliance with SOPs and MOH service requirements.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative and therapeutic activities and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and conduct multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic care planning and coordination for clients.
• Promote inclusive care by involving community dwellers and increasing centre visibility through engagement with community partners.
• Conduct risk management assessments, analyse incidents, and implement solutions to ensure safe care environments.
• Provide operational leadership and supervision for centre staff, fostering a learning and quality improvement culture through training and development.
• Oversee financial sustainability by managing resources prudently, achieving target utilisation rates, and ensuring accurate subvention reporting.
• Ensure centre readiness for audits and maintain facilities, equipment, and transport fleet in good working condition through timely servicing and issue resolution

Qualifications& Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior caregiving experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or home settings is advantageous.
• Patient and willing to serve elderly clients.
• Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks under time constraints.
• IT and digitally savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools used in care environments.
