Unlike traditional quant roles that focus solely on "black box" models, you will work directly with the Portfolio Manager to refine and optimize a market-beating strategy rooted in trend following and asymmetric risk. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between historical data analysis and live market execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Factor Engineering: Research and develop momentum, technical, and fundamental factors using S&P Capital IQ and Python/Excel. Focus on "Synthetic RS" and acceleration metrics.
• System Optimization: Perform "Walk-Forward Analysis" on core setups to identify non-linear relationships and reduce "noise" in entry signals.
• Performance Auditing: Maintain a rigorous "Market Diary" of all trades; calculate MAE (Maximum Adverse Excursion) and MFE (Maximum Favorable Excursion) to refine stop-loss placement and profit-taking logic.
• Risk Modeling: Develop and maintain volatility-adjusted position sizing models (ATR-based) to maintain a "Thin Risk" profile (Risk of Ruin < 0.5% per trade).
• Trade Execution: Execute trades in HK and US equity markets, ensuring minimal slippage and adherence to systematic entry triggers.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global news, earnings catalysts, and regulatory shifts to identify potential industry group rotations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with professional swing trading methodologies (e.g., VCP, CANSLIM, and Institutional Momentum).
• Technical Stack: Expert-level Excel (Nested logic, Lambda, Array formulas). Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) or SQL is highly preferred for data manipulation.
• Quant Literacy: Absolute proficiency in calculating Expectancy, Profit Factor, and Sharpe/Sortino ratios without assistance.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Math, CS). CFA/FRM is a plus. 1–3 years of active trading or research experience specifically in HK and US Markets.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a meticulous, independent, and high-caliber Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, manage our investment portfolios, and ensure robust financial governance. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the complete spectrum of financial, management, and fund accounting (including Full Set of Accounts and Net Asset Value calculations). As this role involves direct reporting and regular strategic alignment with our key business stakeholders and the business owner, native or professional-level fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Set of Accounts: Maintain and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), fixed assets, and cash flow management.

• Fund Accounting & NAV Calculation: Oversee the accounting for investment portfolios, including the timely and accurate calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV), tracking of fund performance metrics, and reconciliation of investment positions, cash balances, and trade confirmations with custodians/brokers.

• Financial & Management Reporting: Prepare and finalize timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, fund performance reports, and management presentations in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS / FRS).

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary finance liaison to the business owner/management. Translate complex financial and fund performance data into clear, concise business insights, conducting regular financial briefings and reviews in professional Mandarin and English.

• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate corporate tax computations, GST filings, and statutory submissions. Lead the year-end closing process and act as the key point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies regarding both corporate and fund entities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts. Prior experience in fund accounting, portfolio valuation, or working within a single/multi-family office, asset management firm, or fund administration environment is highly valued.

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory. Must be fully comfortable discussing financial metrics, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, and business strategies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Singapore accounting principles (SFRS/FRS), tax regulations (GST and Corporate Tax), and enterprise accounting or portfolio management software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or dedicated fund accounting platforms). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Manager to lead investment strategies and portfolio management for China A-shares and H-shares. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, a proven track record of success, and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Investment Research and Analysis: Lead fundamental research and quantitative analysis to identify investment opportunities, assess China's macroeconomics, policies and regulations, and evaluate company performance within the China equity markets.
2. Portfolio Management: Develop and execute investment strategies for portfolios focused on China A-shares and H-shares, ensuring alignment with the company objectives and risk tolerance. This includes in-depth market analysis, security selection, and portfolio construction.
