Responsibilities

Funeral Service Excellence:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of funeral and tahlil recitation services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Executive to deliver reliable day-to-day IT operations and Level 1 support across MTFA locations in Singapore (HQ, DI/DIL, IKCs, IC, IEH/childcare). You will manage incident resolution, keep tickets and knowledge tidy, handle device and account lifecycle, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding so staff can work securely and without friction. You’ll operate under the IT head and partner closely with the IT Operations Executive (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident & Ticket Management

• Respond promptly to user tickets via portal/chat/phone and provide clear updates through to closure.
• Triage and resolve L1 incidents (workstations, standard apps, printing/Wi-Fi); escalate to L2/L3 per runbook.
• Log every case in the ITSM platform with accurate category/priority, SLA timer, and resolution notes (link a knowledge article where applicable).

2. IT Asset & User Support (Singapore sites)

• Manage laptops/desktops, peripherals, and loaners; coordinate repair/RMA when required.
• Enrol, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using the endpoint-management platform (MDM) in line with policy.
• Reimage/re-enrol devices to restore compliance or during tech refresh.

3. User Onboarding & Offboarding (Identity & Access)

• Execute standard account and access tasks in the collaboration/identity suite via runbooks (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Conduct IT onboarding for productivity and collaboration tools.
• Secure offboarding: disable accounts, revoke sessions/MFA as required, reclaim licenses, back up user data per SOP, and wipe/re-provision devices.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic IT support reports for management review.
• Maintain updated records of configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

5. Daily & Weekly Operations

• Monitor endpoint compliance (encryption, patch status, MDM policies) and perform basic network health checks (Wi-Fi/printing/meeting rooms).
• Maintain the IT asset register and accurate device/user records.
• Surface recurring issues and propose quick fixes; keep end-user knowledge-base articles current.

6. General IT Support

• Perform basic connectivity triage (device/app/Wi-Fi symptoms); escalate persistent LAN/VPN issues to L2/L3 with clear notes.
• Provide on-site support across MTFA locations and events when needed.

Core Skills

• Comfortable using computers and smartphones (installing apps, basic settings, printing).
• Clear, friendly communication and strong customer-service mindset.

Job Summary

The Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple portfolios within the Company. This role serves as a central coordination point for frontline services, procurement, inventory management, stakeholder liaison, and other administrative support.

Portfolio allocation and specific functional focus will be determined based on organisational priorities and team requirements. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate adaptability and operational reliability in supporting various departments as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. General Administration & Secretarial Support

• Manage general correspondence and documentation across service units.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, compile reports, and record minutes for departmental, management, and authority submissions.

• Supervise and guide Storekeeper operations where required.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inventory levels, and receivables, includes inventory of perishables, small value purchases, low value asset (not under IT purview) and furniture.

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates of perishables,, and usage patterns through the inventory system.

• Analyse trends to identify potential shortages or inefficiencies.

• Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory matters.

• Highlight procedural gaps or operational risks to the Reporting Officer.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to team initiatives and organisational improvements.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer within the scope of administrative and operational functions

The Senior Executive/Executive at Ihsan Casket is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of Islamic funeral and burial services with professionalism, compassion, and strict adherence to Syariah principles and organisational policies.

The role encompasses operational execution, specialised handling of repatriation and embalming cases, regulatory compliance, and client engagement to ensure dignified and seamless service delivery.

In addition, the Burial Executive contributes to community education, training initiatives, and public awareness efforts by serving as a subject-matter resource in burial management matters, supporting Ihsan Casket’s mission of compassionate and professional end-of-life care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Core Burial & Funeral Operations

a. Arrange and conduct funeral and burial services in a professional, organised, and compassionate manner, in accordance with company policies, SOPs and Syariah principles.

b. Prepare and ensure the availability of all items and equipment required for funeral services.

c. Care for the deceased respectfully, including:

• Collection and transfer of the deceased (including lifting)

• Washing and shrouding of bodies (same gender)

• Lowering the shrouded body into the grave

• Recitation of talqin and assistance with related burial rites

d. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ensure that an approved third-party vendor is arranged to carry out assigned duties.

2. Specialised Burial Cases

a. Arrange for the collection, cleansing, shrouding, and burial of:

• Unclaimed surgical remains and fetuses

• Umbilical cords and placentas

• Stillborn babies (including prayer and burial)

b. Confirm and verify authorisation prior to proceeding with all the above service arrangements.

c. Handle and coordinate repatriation cases, including: 

• Liaising with hospitals, embassies, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas receiving parties

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, airline, and destination country requirements

• Preparing and verifying all required documentation for overseas transfer

3. Client Engagement & Aftercare

a. Inform client families of available services and support the delivery of selected services with care and sensitivity.

b. Handle aftercare matters, including:

• Delivery of relevant documentation

• Check in next-of-kin and assess the need for referral services.

• Collection of client feedback and customer satisfaction surveys

c. Attend burial-related inquiries via phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

d. Support the management of Ihsan Casket’s 24-hour hotline as part of a duty roster.

4. Compliance, Documentation & Governance

a. Prepare and accurately complete all documentation related to funeral services, including service reports and operational forms.

b. Handle contracts, legal documents, and payment-related processes in accordance with approved policies and in coordination with administrative and financial functions.

c. Ensure adherence to all applicable professional, regulatory, and religious requirements governing funeral services.

d. Manage petty cash utilisation in accordance with internal controls and coordinate documentation and top-ups with the Burial Executive (Admin & Publicity).

5. Training, Education & Outreach

a. Support and conduct virtual and in-person burial management courses based on Syariah teachings.

b. Participate in community engagement initiatives, including collaboration with religious and community organisations.

c. Contribute to the development of educational and informational content relating to burial management, Syariah guidance, and community awareness initiatives.

d. Represent Ihsan Casket at selected outreach events, talks, and engagements, as assigned.

e. Provide subject-matter input for publicity materials, social media content, and public communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with Syariah principles.

f. Support awareness campaigns related to end-of-life planning, burial procedures, and compassionate community care.

6. Operations Support & Logistics

a. Drive and maintain Ihsan Casket’s van in a clean and roadworthy condition, including regular inspections and servicing.

b. Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in a safe and usable condition.

c. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times.

7. Reporting & Professional Conduct

a. Provide regular updates to the Assistant / Manager, Deputy / Chief Executive Officer, and Burial & Ihsan Casket Committee on assignments, operations, and client feedback.

b. Uphold adab, akhlaq, and Islamic heritage in all aspects of work.

c. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisory and management personnel.

8. Administrative & Operational Support

a. Attend phone calls and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

b. Manage administrative matters for Ihsan Casket, including procurement, quotations, requisitions, purchase orders, and approved ad-hoc purchases.

c. Complete and submit mandatory surveys and regulatory reports (e.g. NEA, MOH) in a timely manner.

d. Prepare meeting documents and accurately record minutes of meetings.

e. Generate MTFA Burial Operations reports (Deceased, Muslim Unclaimed Fetuses, and Surgical Remains), including documentation of pro-bono cases.

f. Prepare invoices for contractors and service providers.

g. Process payments in accordance with approved procedures, including petty cash replenishments, BCP service claims, and contractor invoices.

Nursing Aide

Role Overview

You will play a supporting role in the daily operations of Ihsan Kidney Care dialysis centres by assisting the clinical team in delivering safe, compassionate patient care, while ensuring dialysis equipment and the treatment environment are prepared, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care Support

• Support nurses in carrying out patient care activities before, during, and after dialysis treatment.

• Assist with basic patient assessments, including observing vital signs, fluid status, and general patient comfort.

• Provide hands-on assistance for patients’ personal care needs, including mobility, hygiene, and positioning during treatment.

• Observe patients closely during dialysis sessions and promptly highlight any unusual symptoms or concerns to the nursing team.

• Assist during dialysis procedures such as cannulation preparation and needle removal, under supervision and in line with centre protocols.

• Respond appropriately during dialysis-related incidents or emergencies by following established procedures and escalating to nursing staff immediately.

2. Equipment and Environment Support

• Prepare dialysis machines prior to treatment, including setup and priming, in accordance with operational guidelines.

• Carry out cleaning and disinfection of dialysis machines, equipment, and treatment areas after each session.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly dialysis environment at all times.

Project Execution

Education & Experience

Role Overview

You will play a supporting role in the daily operations of Ihsan Kidney Care dialysis centres by assisting the clinical team in delivering safe, compassionate patient care, while ensuring dialysis equipment and the treatment environment are prepared, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care Support

• Support nurses in carrying out patient care activities before, during, and after dialysis treatment.

• Assist with basic patient assessments, including observing vital signs, fluid status, and general patient comfort.

• Provide hands-on assistance for patients’ personal care needs, including mobility, hygiene, and positioning during treatment.

• Observe patients closely during dialysis sessions and promptly highlight any unusual symptoms or concerns to the nursing team.
