Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Recovery Zone Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Recovery Zone facilities & facilities. You will be the operational backbone of the Recovery Zone— ensuring a seamless, world-class member experience while managing staff, bookings, compliance, and revenue performance.

You will also play a critical role in building rapport with returning members and be familiar with all offerings. By living and modelling the six pillars in your own life, you will be able to speak authentically and confidently about the benefits offered by the Recovery Zone. You will also work closely with the rest of the Recovery Zone team to ensure the best possible experience for all members at the Recovery Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue & Sales

• Maximize revenue through effective scheduling, smart yield management, and active sales of both treatments and fitness offerings.
• Understand our offerings inside and out, confidently describing benefits and prices

Operations & Facility Management

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, thermal pools & facilities, HBOT suites, Red Light Therapy rooms and cryotherapy facilities
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, working together with the facilities team to do so
• Manage facility scheduling, appointment systems, and capacity planning
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance contractors

Member Experience

• Work together with the Membership Experience team to deliver a consistently exceptional and personalised experience for all members
• Handle member feedback, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and urgency alongside the Membership Experience Manager
• Collaborate with the membership team on onboarding, retention, and satisfaction initiatives

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of massage therapists, Recovery Zone operators & executives together with the Recovery Zone Manager
• Foster a motivated, guest-centric, and safety-conscious team culture
• Recruit and onboard new team members in partnership with HR

Business & Revenue Management

• Monitor KPIs including occupancy rates, revenue per treatment, and member utilisation
• Assist in budget planning, cost control, and stock management for treatment supplies
• Identify opportunities to grow ancillary revenue through upselling and package promotions
• Prepare regular operational reports for the Recovery Zone Manager

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all operations meet MOH, NEA, and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation for HBOT and cryotherapy protocols and contraindications
• Enforce safety briefings, consent procedures, and emergency protocols for advanced therapies

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations management
• Prior experience in a private members’ club, luxury hotel spa, or premium wellness centre strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for wellness and fitness
• Good computer skills and being able to multitask
• Familiarity with advanced wellness modalities (HBOT, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy) is a strong advantage

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardised recipes and plating guidelines.

Title: IT Engineer

Overview: 

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic IT Engineer to provide day-to-day end-user support across hardware, software, and network systems. You will play a key role in onboarding, first-level troubleshooting, and helping to ensure an efficient and secure IT environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide frontline technical assistance to employees for devices, software, and peripherals 

• Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment (PCs/laptops, monitors, printers, phones) 

• Troubleshoot basic issues related to connectivity, system settings, or standard software 

• Handle support ticket logging, tracking, and resolution/escalation as needed 

• Assist with IT inventory management, user onboarding/offboarding, and password resets 

• Follow documentation and internal support guidelines to ensure consistency 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role

As a MORROW Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a critical role in shaping their journey with us. You will manage daily queries, provide exceptional service recovery, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand values of care, wellness, and excellence. 

This role goes beyond standard customer service — you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding members through our service offerings, resolving feedback promptly, and creating meaningful experiences that foster loyalty and retention. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, compliments, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 

• Provide accurate information on all service offerings (wellness, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle facilities) to members and guests. 

• Manage and maintain merchandise inventory: monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, oversee visual-merchandising standards and presentation of retail displays to uphold our brand experience. 

• Support the daily operations of the membership desk, including rostering coverage, queue management, and appointment scheduling. 

• Log, escalate, and follow up on service issues in line with SOPs, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, membership packages, and new service launches. 

• Collect and relay member feedback to the Manager for continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Assist in the execution of member engagement activities, workshops, or events. 

• Ensure data accuracy when updating member records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Business, Customer Service, or related field.

Role Overview 

As the Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional massage and body treatments, ensuring client comfort and safety, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of the establishment. 
 

You are responsible for delivering treatments offered by Morrow, building a deep personal connection with members. You will also play a critical role in driving future bookings with returning members, educating members on the treatment benefits, and ensuring that value is consistently realised. By living and modelling the six pillars in your own life, you will be able to speak authentically and confidently about the benefits offered by the Recovery Zone. You will also work closely with the rest of the Recovery Zone team to ensure the best possible experience for all members at the Recovery Zone. 

Key Responsibilities 

Deliver exceptional treatments:  

• Perform a variety of massage services using appropriate tools and products. Provide face and body treatments including facials, scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, always prioritizing guest comfort and safety. 

Provide Guest-focused care: 

• Assess guest needs and inquire/ read about their contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before each service. 
• Be punctual for all appointments and thoroughly review them post-treatment, including entering preferences and notes of each guest into the system. 
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, checking in to ensure their comfort throughout the service. 
• Courteously interact with guests, answering all spa and wellness centre related questions. 
• Handle inappropriate guest behaviour by following standard operating procedures, which may include stopping a treatment and informing a supervisor. 

Maintain a pristine environment: 

• Keep all treatment rooms and recovery zone areas clean and neat at all times. 
• Keep the treatment room, rest area clean and neat at all times, arranging tools, equipment and linen meticulously. 
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. 
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. 

Operational support: 

• Assist in the operations as needed, including the Reception area, Retail Area, Relaxation Area, Preparation Room, and Recovery Zone areas. 
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies for treatment rooms. 
• Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Recovery Zone Manager promptly. 

Professional Development& Teamwork: 

• Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities in your field. 
• Attend daily line-ups, weekly, and monthly Recovery Zone meetings. 
• Assist and perform various demonstrations and events as required. 
• Adhere to all internal standards and procedures to ensure a consistently high standard of service throughout the Recovery Zone. 
• Monitor and stick to your time schedule throughout the day. 
• Perform all daily assigned massage therapist tasks and other duties as assigned by your supervisor, maintaining a friendly and professional business attitude. 

Requirements 

• Possess a valid certificate in massage services (E.g. CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC/WSQ qualifications) 
• At least 2 years of experience as a Spa/Massage therapist
