YOUR MISSION _________

Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible to work as a part of the marketing team to support the team in developing the business in the TR APAC region.

• Work as part of marketing team to serve as liaison between marketing, commercial, digital and visual merchandising
• Assist in coordination of all marketing initiatives
• Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion calendar, promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting
• Build and update sell-out reports
• Monitor competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports
• Manage, organize and track products and lab samples for all launches and manage inventory to cater to all events
• Assist in coordination and creation of locally produced collaterals, ensuring brand adherence

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Regional Finance Manager is a key position within the regional finance organization, ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of financial operations across the 6 LBeauty entities.

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, the role acts as a strategic bridge between HQ and local finance teams, combining strong technical accounting expertise, operational oversight, and transformation leadership to drive financial excellence and continuous improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Accounting & Financial Reporting

1. Accounting Governance

• Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and IFRS/local GAAP standards across the region.

• Act as a key reference point for technical accounting matters for local finance teams.

• Provide guidance and oversight on complex accounting transactions and judgments.

2. Monthly & Quarterly Closing

• Partner closely with the regional consolidation team to support and supervise local finance teams during monthly and quarterly closings.

• Review and validate reporting packages, including: Trial Balance (TB) vs Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations, Fixed Asset consolidated files, COGS reconciliation and margin analysis

• Perform comprehensive quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, including: Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Manual accruals and provisions, Advances and prepayments, Bank reconciliations, Analysis of significant variances and unusual movements

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to HQ.

3. Finance Operations

• Collaborate with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Treasury, Legal, Supply Chain) to resolve operational finance issues.

• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.

• Monitor working capital performance and support improvements in cash flow management.

II. Statutory & Tax Matters

1. Statutory Reporting

• Coordinate and monitor statutory financial statement preparation with local finance teams and external advisors.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements across all countries in scope.

• Support the definition and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies in coordination with HQ Tax.

• Oversee the preparation and finalization of Transfer Pricing Local Documentation files.

2. Statutory & Tax Audits

• Support local teams during statutory audits, tax audits, and customs audits.

• Act as regional liaison between HQ, local finance teams, and external auditors.

• Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.

III. Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and coordinate regional finance improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Contribute to system enhancements, process harmonization, and reporting automation initiatives, working closely with IT department

• Promote best practices and standardization across the region.

• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and tools.

IV. Internal Control & Compliance

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of the Internal Control framework in line with Group standards.

• Support enforcement and monitoring of internal control implementation across local entities.

• Partner with local finance teams and Internal Control to strengthen SOP compliance.

• Identify control gaps and drive remediation plans to mitigate financial and operational risks.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including regional or multi-country exposure.

• Solid experience in financial reporting, consolidation, statutory matters, and internal controls.

• Prior experience in an international environment, ideally within a structured Group organization.

• Experience in audit and/or multinational corporate environment preferred.

2. Technical Competencies

The Regional Private Client Relationship Senior Manager/Manager will manage the private client relation and drive service excellence across all channels with the objective of delivering a highly qualitative & consistent Omni-channel Client Experience aligned with our Maison guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SEA OC TR Specific (B&M / E-Retail)

• Order Management and Operations: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and visual merchandising elements to assigned retail locations.
• E-Retail Product Coordination: Regularly update e-retail platforms with new products, ensuring that all listings are accurate and current.
• Financial Coordination: Liaise with the Finance department monthly to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and purchase order management.
• Merchandising Maintenance: Collaborate with designated contractors to maintain physical counters in pristine condition, supported by the Hard Merchandise Team Leader for optimal brand representation.

OPERATIONAL

• Data Management: Act as the primary custodian for maintaining up-to-date records across all SharePoint channels. This includes curating weekly updates for the global team in the format of reports & ensuring all data remains current and relevant.
• Collaboration with APAC Team: Engage proactively with APAC Merchandising Managers and Merchandise Executives to guarantee seamless operations during Counter Openings and Permanent Visual Merchandising implementations.
• Newsletter Coordination: Interpret and customize information from HQ’s Weekly Newsletter to fit local market nuances across all APAC regions, overseeing its distribution within all operational zone

How will you make impact with us

The Regional VM / Retail Design Trainee will be part of the APAC Retail Design and Visual Merchandising Department, supporting the function in providing layout/planning solutions & 3D renders supporting store openings and animations as well as Counter Updates for Travel Retail and Local Markets

Her/his role is to effectively contribute through the design development and implementation for permanent counters/points of sale and events in compliance with the guidelines. She/He will consistently deliver, in line with brand DNA, design proposals fulfilling the latest guidelines and as per briefed/instructed by his/her manager.

The incumbent will work closely their managers in keeping track that Design guidelines and deliverables are timely received and executed.

He/She will be engaged working Counter projects and Project Management of Retail Space, based on the needs.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Regional Retail Design Intern/ trainee will report to Asst. Retail Design Manager mentorship.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATIVE

• To elaborate/develop design proposals & renderings, technical drawings in line with HQ Guidelines and the brief defined by Merchandising, Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Study, adapt and implement guidelines to different markets’ needs.
• Managing the project(s) as Project Leaders to ensure qualitative deliverables are being carried over from start to finish with supervision of respective reporting line manager.
• Manage the development of CAD Library for Store Concepts , following the updates given by Global.

OPERATIONAL

• Work closely and supporting Hard Merchandising team/ Asst Retail Design Manager to ensure flawless execution of counters, animations, launches and permanent merchandising.
• To supervise and review project execution from technical drawings development to installation: including sourcing, sample validation, prototyping, and quality control.
• Manage external suppliers (contractors, agency , vendors, etc) to ensure all collaterals are well ordered and/or produced in concurrent with the standard and guideline.
