Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Prepare and manage weekly cashflow forecast and ensure availability of funds
• Prepare monthly reports for management
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Prepare and submit CPF
• Manage and coordinate annual financial reporting
• Handle AP/AR, payment collection, payroll and bank reconciliation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts, customers, suppliers, banks etc)
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books
• Manage the workflow of the accounting process to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and entries
• Implement industry best practices and ensure compliance with Accounting Reporting Standards
• Develop and improve controls, policies, procedures and systems
• Handle other administrative duties as required (filing, banking, mailing etc)

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience or in similar capacity.
• Highly meticulous, reliable and takes initiative to make things happen
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work in a highly digitized environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently

• To assist Construction Manager/Project Director lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact of cost, overall schedule and quality.
• To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence & documentation with Client/Client' Representative and contractors.
• Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

• To manage all MOM procedure for hiring foreign worker, apply courses. (IPA, CSOC, etc)
• To check the quota for hiring & update employment details.
• Able to solve and handle all the foreigner workers related matters.
• To make sure all HR related works are up to date and report to your superior.
• Able to manage all site & office issues.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders
• Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
• Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
• Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
• Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
• Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation
• Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
• Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
• Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
• Take inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment
• Perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions, including the collection, counting, and disbursement of money
• To issue Purchase Order when receive direction from superior.
• Make travel arrangements for personnel
• Able to manage ad-hoc jobs

• Prepare and follow up sales quotation

• Prepare project subcontract

• Prepare bills of quantities and other documentation

• To approve sub-contractors’ claims for job done as per site status

• To establish progress claims as per site status and obtain client agreement for billing
