Responsibilities

· Perform all massage and treatment correctly and professionally.

· Consult with clients to identify appropriate treatments.

· Set up work stations, and ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift.

· Assist to keep linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.

· Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files

· Comply with all applicable standards, rules and regulations.

Requirement:

• Able to work weekend and Public Holidays

• Friendly and cheerful personality

• Passion in reflexology and / or massage/ spa

• Fair in customer service

Roles and Responsibilities Must have experience in hair cutting To perform a range of haircare services, including wash and blow-drying hair, styling hair, hair and scalp treatments, and hair coloring Meticulous and Organized To assist in maintaining cleanliness of the salon Willing to work under supervised, with any ad-hoc duties assign by shop manager Willing to work under fast-paced and passions to serve customers under any conditions Customer service oriented and willing to work retail hours Fluent in English Able to work on weekends and public holidays Weekday off, must follow the working schedule Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility Outgoing individuals who are able to contribute individually and as a team

• Handling and managing patient satisfaction
• Performing therapy such as tuina, cupping, guasha etc; professional training will be provided
• Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards
• Sales of health services or products (attractive commission scheme)
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Min 2 years work experience in relevant Operations Field.
• Willing to learn and adapt

• Able to manage a team of drivers
• Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)
• Able to operate Forklift/Reachtruck (not mandatory)
• Fleet management (Routing and Planning)
• Knowledge of Singapore roads
• Fleet maintenance and inspection
• Able to conduct stock take of inventory
• Effectively manage warehouse personnel and drivers
• Able to initiate and implement effective workflow systems
• Able to handle basic machine vending maintainance (training will be provided)
• Able to liase with clients and customers effectively and meet their requirements

• Develop a relationship with regular customers.

• Follow food and safety regulations.

• Order food supplies for the kitchen.

• Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service.

• Assist with marketing events.

• Create restaurant policies.

• Design attractive menus

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards · Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service · Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements · Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
