We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Lead to lead a large-scale insurance core system modernisation initiative. Role Purpose To lead the end-to-end ILP product operations vertical, overseeing the full investment lifecycle from fund order placement through NAV pricing generation, fund accounting and year-end reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (MAS and CPFIS), governance integrity, and scalable support for ILP product growth, including new launches and Direct Fund initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End ILP Investment Operations Ownership

ILP Product Launch & Change Management

• Lead operational readiness for new ILP product launches

Fund Accounting & Year-End Responsibilities

• Oversee ILP-related fund accounting activities
• Ensure month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes are completed accurately and on time

• Ensure books and records integrity for ILP structures

Controls, Risk & Operational Resilience

• Establish strong maker-checker and escalation frameworks

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in accountancy, finance or relevant
• 8–10 years’ experience in ILP operations, fund accounting or investment operations within an insurer or asset manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale insurance core system modernisation initiative. This initiative involves replacement of legacy core policy administration system across life and health line of business covering various business functions such as new business, underwriting, policy servicing, claims processing, collection & billing and includes multiple integration points across the IT ecosystems including customer facing platforms, data, GL etc. as well as data migration.

The project manager will oversee all aspects of the projects and ensure the deliverables are within the defined scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all the phases of the project lifecycle and work closely with the business and technology workstreams to develop a detailed plan, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor the progress.
• Create and manage detailed plan and tasks across blueprinting, testing data migration and change management phases by actively engaging with workstreams leads.
• Provide timely update to stakeholders, highlight project risks and maintain regular project progress/update cadence.
