• The role of the Private Banking Relationship Manager (RM) is to understand client requirements across Non Resident Indian (NRI) customer base, ensure superior service and provide regular updates to the client on financial markets developments and on clients’ portfolios
• Acquire High Net-worth Clients & mine existing relationships across NRI customer base
• Facilitate FCNR/ Indian Rupee (INR) deposits as per the applicable product framework as part of overall asset allocation
• Provide appropriate investment advise to the clients based on their needs and risk profile in conjunction with the house views on various products and asset classes
• Conducting financial need mapping of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs
• Construction of customized portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across debt, equity and other asset classes
• Active review and re-balancing of client's AUM through timely buy/ sell/ hold calls triggered by clients' preferred or recommended allocation
• Responsible for striving towards the AUM Growth & Revenue generation from the relationships with ICICI Bank Private Banking - Singapore
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/ authorities at all times
• To have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should have 3+ years of relevant banking experience
2. Customer Relationship Management skills
3. Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products (eg: Bonds, Equities, FX, etc.)
4. Knowledge and understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment
5. CACS 1, CACS 2 and RES1B required

To scrutinize trade documents and raise requests for trade transactions to be processed by Trade Services Unit, ICICI Bank Limited, India – our Outsourced Service Provider for trade transactions.

Carry out the running of the day-to-day processing for trade finance related activities such as letters of credit advising and/ or confirmation, bills discounting, bills rediscounting, import letters of credit issuance, import bills, banker’s guarantees, export bills and purchase of trade assets

Liaise with clients, RM & CSM for resolution of discrepancies raised by TSU and monitor transaction closure.

Coordinate with Service Provider, Trade Services Unit (TSU), in carrying out trade finance processing.

Ensure collection of all fees involved in Trade Finance related activities such as LC fees, participation fees, etc. and ensure proper settlement of such fees

Ensure timely and accurate application of funds for settlement of import bills and realization of export bills.

Responsible for the safe-keeping of trade finance documentation.

Responsible for scanning of facility documents in safe custody system.

Responsible for scanning AML/ KYC documents, relating to on boarding banks, to COPS for doing AMLOCK checks.

Maintain close communication with internal customers such as Corporate and Institutional Banking, Credit & Compliance, Treasury, Finance, etc.

Assist in providing ad-hoc MIS and regulatory reporting

SOX attester performing testing and walkthrough activities annually.

Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience

Staff claim processing, including of Grab for business payment processing

Review, process staff claims ensuring their compliance with the Branch and the Bank’s policies; and timely reimbursement of staff valid claim.

Process payment to Grab (or equivalent service provider) in relation to staff business transportation. Review the detailed transactions and highlight to the staff and their respective manager(s) should there is any deviation. Provide management information in relation to business travel to manager as required.

Finance Operational Risk: Coordinate SOX control, perform relevant testing / verification.

Ensure the regulatory manual and SOP are up to date.

As and when required, to participate in change and automation projects, including but not limited to preparing Functional Specification Documents, liaising with IT team and other departments for data input, performing UAT, etc.

As assigned by Reporting Manager, to handle weekly, fortnightly reporting and other returns such as BIS, Loan Portfolio, Surveys, etc.

On rotation basis or as required (e.g. cover other team member) to prepare MAS649 returns.

Prepare MAS610 reporting packages, including of checking against sources, data validation and/or liaise with RMs or Operations for missing data or correction of data quality issue, overall return validation and submission.

IT Security Manager

• Monitoring & closure of technology compliance matters
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure compliance with MAS and internal security group guidelines on various new technologies and latest updates issued by MAS and propose mitigating controls
• Perform technology risk & control assessments on internal processes and controls, e-banking controls, etc to ensure in compliance with the MAS guidelines and supervisory policies and internal group guidelines
• Engage with Information Security teams in Head Office for better and quick resolution of audit gaps or incidents
• Conduct risk assessment and due diligence in relation to new products/ services and outsourced activities
• Manage local IT BCP, application and infrastructure resilience and DR capabilities.

Requirements:

• With at least two years' relevant banking experience in technology risk management, information security, cyber security consultancy or IT Audit field
• Familiar with technology risk and cyber security regulatory requirements, including but not limited to those defined by MAS

Ensure the office premise, cabinet tops, equipment in Board room under Administration ownership are orderly kept and disposed of unwanted articles in a timely manner to avoid cluttering

Ensure all pantry supplies, cups, cookies, fruits, water & coffee dispenser are adequate and well kept

Work with suppliers to order on a need basis and not stock up at the Branch

Assist and coordinate office renovations and other maintenance/ repairs that are carried out during/ after office hours at the Branch

First level check of all vendors' delivery order against physical/ digital invoices to ensure no duplication of payment, addressee is to the correct Bank name before sending to Finance for payment

Issue, track and manage/ monitor access cards

Manage, arrange and retrieval for offsite storage retention of documents

Supervise planned branch maintenance activities during weekends/ off-working hours on an as-needed basis
